My son and I walked into Sunny Nail & Spa today at 2:45 PM. There were three workers visible, and the business does not close until 7:00 PM. We politely asked for service and were immediately told "no." I then asked if I could make an appointment, and I was again told "no." I found this very strange and unprofessional, as most salons at least offer appointments or explain why they can't accommodate walk-ins. No explanation was given, no alternative offered, and the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. The lack of courtesy made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as customers. AWFUL BUSINESS. Owner has called me 4-5 times this week making sure I know my appointment. It is 8:58 and I am getting ready to walk in. He calls me with a very nasty tone of voice asking if I am going to miss my appointment. He then carried on the attitude inside of the salon. Poor excuse of a business and should be shut down. I have been going here for years, however I called to make an appointment and they scheduled it for 3:15 telling me it was 3:30 and calling me at 3:08 and telling me i missed my appointment, when I asked why when it was 3:30, he asked if I would be there at 3:15 and I said no, he said nothing and hung up on me. As a person who enjoys pedicures i will not be going back as this was an awful way to treat a customer that has been going there for pushing 10 years along with awful customer service. read more

Fast, reasonable $, clean. We needed 3 pedi's late in the day. They were very accommodating. Service was great, spent a great deal of time getting the polish just right. I will go back again. needed mid length acrylics / designed and as soon I asked the guy in the how would he charge and he got rude and said we don't have that and then he was like yanking on my hands and the nail/ acrylics he put on my hand and I asked for coffin shape and he did duckish square nail short not even mid length he end up doing white French tips when the white park longer then aspode to be and short nails like you can see my natural nail and also they white part isn't even white it grayish he was mad that I did a walk in because he thought he was done for night when the salon was still open for 3 more hours after me read more

Update again Sunny Nails used to be the best in the area. On my last visit, Linda took nails off with a blade. Usually manicurist soak them. I was afraid she would cut me. She never told me to wash hands until the end. This place is going downhill. read more

been here about a year ago it was absolute bs the people here half ass your nails and honestly don't care. just came again, and got my nails taken off and it was the same exact energy, about ripped my shit off left them dry asf and left plastic pieces under my nail it was disgusting charged me for a "manicure" when they didn't even do shit but kill my nails off. read more

My bridesmaids and I had our mani pedis here for my wedding back in 2012, they did an amazing job (although i had no clue how much a full set hurts the first time lol). It is a nice place to go for not too high a price, My mother in law LOVES this place, so we always get her gift cards:-). Would not allow my service dog to be with me while I got a pedicure!! He had a vest and tags on him and they told me he had to go out! So pissed do not recommend. Service dogs preform a service to their owners for a reason. You can not refuse to allow them to be with their person. Outraged! read more
