Clean, reasonable $, so nice, perfect job!!! Ms. Anne Kim did an amazing job on my pedicure! It had been all winter, my feet were a mess. I work on concrete floors and had major callous build up. She took her time and made sure they were perfectly smooth without any pain or redness. I can't say enough about her attention to detail. Miss Anne was amazing on my Pedi. Unfortunately, i don't believe they sanitize any of the tools or filers. First time going to this salon, and was so disgusted by their stuff. The filers were used by others, it was obvious. The tools, they brought from out back and just sprayed alcohol on them. They were not packaged, as any other salon I have been to, have them. I have been to many salons over the last twenty plus years. I wont be back. But if you do go to this Salon, I would ask for Anne. read more

First time using this salon. Had a great pedicure with but the wait was frustrating. Had a 10 am appointment and sat down in the chair at 10:30, services started around 10:45. Good news was that she did not rush my pedicure, but it really put me behind schedule. I sent my sister and Mother in for a pedicure for Mother's day. It is hard enough to get her to go. They made her feel uncomfortable, was very rough and started speaking in their language and laughing. Needless to say they both felt they were being made fun of. My sister said he was rough, drew blood and had to put alcohol on her foot, of course this hurt. They both will never ever go back to this place again. I am so disappointed that they felt this way. This was supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable....anything but! They also made an elderly woman feel awful and told her they didn't have time for a pedicure because she misunderstood and said she wanted to get her nails cut. You chose this profession, If this is not the profession you wanted to be in then get out of it. We pay good money to have you work on our feet and do not need your rude and arrogant comments. People work hard and expect to have a pleasant relaxing time! My Mom always said "if you can't say something nice then don't say anything at all!" Just please do the job you chose without hurting people, being rude and nasty to them. I wish I would have done more research on them before I paid $50. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Single WORST pedicure experience I have ever had. Immediately upon walking in I was greeted by a very loud and bossy woman telling me to go sit down in the chair. I was the only person in the pedicure room when I sat down. After a few minutes, the room was full of patrons and salon workers, yet no one helped me or said anything to me. I did recognize that some of them were coming straight from getting their finger nails done but not all of them. I continued to sit there and wait for someone to help me. There was a man walking back and forth appearing bored. Eventually, he pulled his cart over to me, never said a word and began to work. I asked for new files which he did get. He started working on my feet and after he finished cutting the nails on my first foot, he got up and walked away. After 3-4 minutes, another man approached, sat down and started working on me. When asked, he simply pointed in the direction the first man went. This second man was very rough when handling my feet. His phone rang several times, he answered each call and spoke to whomever was on the other end before he returned to me. He finished cutting nails on my second foot then pulled out a cheese grater! He used that to file my feet. I was in total disbelief. He was very rough when using the exfoliating scrub and massage lotion. Didn't think that could happen. The painting job was horrible. He did not fix the mistakes he made and then sent me on my way. I have had several pedicures and this one was for a wedding I was attending later that day. I will never return. read more

They do a really good job here. I have had both the manicures and pedicures here and never had any complaints. I like to get Chau to do my nails. She does a good job. They stay pretty busy. read more
