Had my upper n lower lip waxed by a tech named Anna. She waxed the lower lip vertical thus causing skin damage. My whole chin is bruised. Asked for a refund n was told I have to wait for the tech to contact me. Will no ever get a wax again! read more

I used to come here for several years.. But unfortunately have watched them slowly go down hill. There is only ONE girl who really knows what she is doing, & unless you get her, good luck. The ones who know she is the only one who does decent work all book w/her so she books up pretty quick.. It used to not be a problem, you would just have to call in advance to get an appt, which was fine. But now the last two times I went she overbooks herself. I had to sit & wait over 15m for her to start my appt late, which I'm usually ok w/just as long as you still give me the time I deserve.. But did she? Nope. She still rushes through & cut me off 10m early bc she had another "appt" coming up so pawned me off to someone else @ the nail salon to finish my nails who had no clue what they were doing. So I went from my nails looking good, to ended up leaving with my nails half done & unpainted! Happened the past two times I came. Don't book appts if you don't have time for them & if you don't have enough people who know how to actually do nails; hire more people! You should have more than 1 person who knows what they are doing! Was treated so rudely & disrespected this last time by the girl she pawned me off to & my original nail lady I had been going to for almost 3yrs never once bothered to even get up from her chair to check on things. No loyalty, nothing, just all money hungry. Trying to get as many customers in & out as quick as they can not caring how anyone's nails or feet look in the end. Disappointing. read more

This place was terrible. I've been to many places around Dallas, LA and Miami to get a pedi. I went in because it was on the way back home. I always get a Gel pedi, and I'm not afraid to spend money on good service. However, this job was terrible. I made a comment about the massage chairs politely and I had another nail tech mock me. They are definitely not massage chairs. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I downloaded Yelp because as a public service, this place should be reviewed. I have never had such an expensive yet horrible manicure. My nails smudged right away because such a thick layer of nail polish was put on. I paid for the tip first and was asked to scrub my own nails because they had oil on them. The pedicure was okay but the service was not worth the $40+ I spent. read more

This is the only place I will get my nails done. I feel so comfortable with these ladies. All of the techs are personable and creative, and the work they do is pretty and durable. DO NOT go here!!! I had the worse experience ever. This place is very unsanitary and the staff is extremely rude. I watched one of the tech use the same dirty grooming supplies on two different customers in a row.. I'm sorry people but several diseases such as Hepatitis can live on surfaces for several weeks. The salon itself was very dirty as well. I wasn't even acknowledged for several minutes after I arrived. My nails were all different lengths, my toe was nipped by the nail clipper and my nails looked horrible. Today I broke a nail which I rarely do. I've gone to this shop for the last 5 years. Here lately service has gone down in quality. While they are very nice sisters. Business wise they aren't the best. I called even though I knew they were open. They said to me a while back to always call for an appointment so I do. I called at 4:43 was told it would be 30 min b4 I could been helped I said ok I'll be there. I arrived at 5:07 and was told they didn't know if I was going to come so they accepted a walk in and asked if I could come back tomorrow. I'm a long time customer and that's what you tell me. I think this as good a time as any to remove my solar nails until God can direct me to a Christian nail tech that values a persons time and shows they appreciate their customers. read more

This place is horrible!! First time I went and glad I didn't get any service from them! Called to see waiting list and they said 30 mins. Took me 45 due to me being on crutches. Walk in and the place smells like someone died! No one acknowledged I was there. Then she says 1 1/2 hour wait. I said well I can make appointment. She says come back at 4pm. That was 2 hours. How do you change my wait from 1 1/2 hours to a 2 hour wait. They are very rude and I can tell very unsanitary. If I were you I would run as far to a place that is worth it. I would rather drive by a md pass them up than to get a service from them. The lady argued and yelled at me for asking how is there such a huge time difference. This salon used to be great the staff there now is awful rude and give shabby service at best. I went in first of all I was completely ignored for a bit once I did get acknowledged it was as if me wanting service was an inconvenience. Once customers that I'm guessing were regulars I was left in the chair and again ignored. Do not ever go to this nail salon. They try to get more money out of you and don't tell you till you have to pay. And they don't listen to you at all. They do a terrible job. Awful. And in the Korean language they talk about you. Very rude and they pass you around like who wants to do this person. They didn't listen to what I wanted and on my nails they did poorly job on them They said let's do it this way they will look better. I told girl no pink powder and she used it anyway on my nail tips. I told her several times. It's really hard to find a good salon these days. I will never go back and told me in a soft voice you need to go back where you use to get them done. They are not professional And that girl lost out on her tip It was very bad job Do not ever go there. Big mistake. Another lady walked in and she step out for a minute and they talked about her This is not very good business affair.
