[[HIGHLIGHT]]I was not impressed by the overall customer service and friendliness of this salon.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I went in for just a regular polish change on my toes. Seems simple enough. The tech didn't do too bad- he was just painting my toes. He also clipped my toe nails. So there was nothing to speak ill about there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]But the problem came when he left me alone and never came back to check on me. I needed some of the little "shoes" that they give you to keep from messing up your toes and I had to flag someone down to get me a pair.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When it was time to leave and pay the front desk clerk asked me if I had a little paper that listed the services I received. The nail tech never provided me with one and I told her that. She then went to the back where I was getting my toes painted to check to see if I had one. When she came back, I told her "yeah I already told you I didn't have one I didn't need to lie about it."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The vibes were not welcoming for it to be such a nice looking salon. I expected more but I won't be back. I'll be going back to my other salon in mesquite. I don't recommend this place unfortunately. read more

She took her time, explained treatments when I had a question and she was very pleasant. I felt very pampered and will be coming back again. The place was very clean...the instruments looked like they had been sterilized (they were in one of those pouches) and an overall relaxing experience. They really should use timers for their massages and treatments that they advertise a time amount. A $90 pedicure comes with a 30min foot/leg massage and 10min neck/shoulder massage. This is the 3rd time I haven't gotten that. 3 and done. Today my entire leg massage was a mere 17min. Didn't even get some of the components of the massage they advertise. There are plenty of options for nails in the area, I'll officially now be going elsewhere. read more

I came here a week and a half ago. The man (I can't remember his name) who did my manicure cut me so bad I bled the ENTIRE time he was doing my nails. On the same finger that he cut me my nail fell off so I came back to see if they could fix it. The manager said no because they have a 7 day warranty on their nails so if it's passed 7 days you have to pay. So they are saying their nails only last for a week?!? FOR THE AMOUNT THEY CHARGE?!? Absolutely not. Never coming to this place again. PLUS, the entire time I was bleeding the guy kept dipping my finger in the powder that they use for everyone else. Unsanitary. Update: I gave the shop a second chance. The work was much better but the price doubled. On my first visit I got the same work; I got today. $64 on my first visit and $108.00 on my second. Crazy how I got the same thing done and the prices were so different. The shop is beautiful. Everything is new! The techs that did my hands and toes didn't pay attention to the details, gel paint on toes is everywhere. Nails were dipped, dip is not growing out well, and the skin wasn't cleaned up. I can't rate this company or the service. I went for pedicure. My pedicure was horrible. He did not cut, trim, shape my nails, and did not do any cuticles. When I got in the car I noticed he did polish my pinky toe. This pedicure lasted 30 minutes.. I spoke with the manager which offered me 20% off my visit and apologized. Lady I am not coming back and pay you again. The service sucks not going to try another person in the shop. I feel you guys are rushing when you are not busy!!! Let me start off by saying the nail shop is very nice and clean. Which is why I'm frustrated. There isn't a lot of nice new shops in the area. Not the immediate area anyway. They do a pretty consistent pedicure. Had some amazing ones and a below average job once. The dip/overlay is where I have a major issue. They do not file the nail enough to make the nails even and smooth. I have left with wonky misshapen nails almost each time. I'm nice I hate to make a fuss especially when I don't have time for repairs. I tip well because that's just me. I will deduct from tip if they rush and leave me unattended too long but this isn't the issues here. I find that each nail tech and I had about 4-5 of them, none of them sculpt the nail to assure shape and form consistency. It leaves me feeling like they either want to discourage my business or really just aren't good at the service they are providing. I pray they get better over time but I will visit the for pedicures only going forward. I'm going back to the uniformed press-on nails. read more
