They patched and painted all soffits, etc. They also replaced/reframed a side door on the garage, plus they did a number of other tasks such as patching a crack in the brick on the house, replacing front window shutters, and removing old TV dish wiring. Frank and his team were great all the way through the project! All tasks were completed neatly and on time. The team showed up at 8:30 every day and worked hard all day. Frank was on site with his team (and working) almost the whole time. He kept us updated daily with quote revisions based on any changes we made, and he was flexible and patient. The insurance agent, Linda Nguyen, is his relative and provided a fake insurance policy, signed by her (she claims it is forged and said she would call police, but then didn't and asked us "what do we want from Mike?"). He has stolen money from us, breached his contract, provided a fake liability insurance policy, and left a destroyed project in our home (where birds have been infiltrating the space he left). He is unresponsive and criminal.
