You like alter the truth to fit your narrative. I tried to respond to your response. Your establishment left me and my husband without childcare without any notice at all because you hire people with no manors or respect and it's not the first time that's been done to a family. But that is ok because rejection is protection. The same teacher I complained about was fired months after I complained about her for taunting another student, but I guess our son didn't deserve that same respect in your eyes.. or meet the criteria? I'm not sure but I stand on what I said. She kicked my son's cot with her foot while he was laying there right by his head and left eye. Also not perception, I watched it on Watch Me Grow. This establishment won't pull the audio that I asked for because it would validate what we already know. Your response is exceptionally telling and it proved my point. You're sorry for "my perception of how things happened?" It's not a perception, it's what happened: things I've documented, things my husband and I have seen/ heard walking in there. Please let's not go here. I have literal videos of me recording my son getting out of our car to start his day, and you can HEAR how the teachers are talking to these small children on the playground. I've heard staff talk horribly about parents, about how the children are dressed I could literally go on forever. And the ONLY reason my son continued to go there for as long as he did was because of his infant teacher, and the teacher he had right before he was asked to leave. You asked him to leave because we called out your staff, not because of his behavior, which is also very telling. Our boy is sweet, so to have a grown women tell staff members that she didn't want to have a 2 year old in her class when he wasn't even in her class yet "because the parents are crazy ?!?" he's done nothing to her is absolutely insane. If you never noticed when his teacher wasn't there I kept him home with me because I didn't trust any other staff, which was exhausting . Your turn over rate is high because you will continue to hire people that are not qualified because you want to pay bare minimum. This daycare is truly a parents worst nightmare. You will continue to back your staffs bad behavior. I wish all parents knew how these small children that cannot are talk are talked to and treated and that's also not perception it's just reality. The entire school is a soap opera, and the staff cry to the owner as soon as they are called out. My son goes to an amazing school now where all of the teachers are required to have an actual degree and have extensive Montessori training to help them thrive and where we are appreciated as parents and not gaslit into believing we are seeing and hearing things. We're valued for wanting our son to be treated like a human. So funny how we've never had a single issue at any other school (he's been to 1 other daycare after this and now an actual school) except HT then again we don't have to tell the teachers how to treat our child here, and are treated like family instead of dollar signs. But keep talking about families and kids in your group chat. Talking about children and their families is so unprofessional and shows how miserable the staff is within their own lives and we are not that way and it's not the kind of energy we'd want around our family anyway. The staff always greet us with a positive attitude, and it's clear they genuinely care about every kid. Their patience, dedication, and communication through the Brightwheel app have given us confidence that he's in great hands. Our son has learned so much, from surprising us by counting to 10 (without us ever covering numbers) to developing strong social skills and friendships with kids he's known since he was an infant. It's been wonderful seeing those friendships continue through birthday parties outside of daycare. We also appreciate the variety of activities beyond the daily curriculum. He is loving the summer camp program, and it's obvious the staff put a lot of effort into making every day fun. The biggest reason we recommend Over the Rainbow is simple: every morning, he runs into the building and is excited to be there. We look forward to another great school year!

My daughter is now 3 1/2 years old and has been attending since she was just 3 months old. Over the years, I've never had a negative experience with any of the teachers or staff she's had the privilege of knowing. As a mom, there's no greater comfort than knowing your child is surrounded by so many caring adults. It truly feels like she has a second family there, and that's something I could never provide on my own. The amount she has learned amazes me. Almost every day she comes home with new vocabulary, funny expressions, better manners, and new skills. Even learning to share has been something she's picked up there. Watching her confidence and independence grow has been incredible. One of my favorite parts of Over the Rainbow is the communication. I love receiving photos throughout the day, and it's always easy to reach her teachers when I have a question. I also appreciate how much effort they put into family events. While I can't always attend because of work, they're always thoughtful and well organized. The kindergarten graduation ceremony was by far the sweetest event I've attended--it was so clear how much the staff genuinely love and care about the children. It honestly makes me sad knowing my daughter won't be there much longer. These early years are so important, and I'm incredibly grateful for the role Over the Rainbow has played in helping shape the kind, curious, and caring little girl she's becoming. As a Child Psychology major at Albertus Magnus College I did my "normal child" internship at St…read more Rita's. There is a reason that this day care fills up so quickly: the staff is fantastic! They become as attached to the children as the children do to them, sometimes even more. Hell, I bawled my eyes out on my last day and had to tell all the kids that they were "tears of happiness because [they] grew up so much." And I know that any of the other staff members would do the same. They are gentle with their discipline and give lots of hugs and kisses as needed. When a child was ill for more than a day it was a huge discussion and parents were called to make sure the child was OK. Doctor's visits were always discussed. I mean when I say they care, they are like your kids' other family. They really teach the children and they are amazingly advanced by the time they leave. An example: when I was working at People's United Bank one of the parents brought their children that I taught at St. Rita's and the three year old said "I was really mad that Mommy made me come to the bank, but now I'm happy because I got to see you, Miss Sara!" (He was a very silly kid, always trying to convince me that he didn't know how to color and then make amazing artwork). So why four stars and not 5? 1. The teachers aren't certified. Don't get me wrong, these people can TEACH, but when you're in a private day care setting with pristige I feel like parents are always looking for that certificate. 2. The big appeal is that your child is almost guaranteed a spot at St. Rita's school and that seems to be the primary reason that parents choose the day care and they capitalize on that. 3. They sometimes have a hard time with rowdier children, and children are rowdy. But the discipline is never an issue: it's always appropriate. Then again, I don't believe that there is one perfect day care, just a perfect day care for your child.

He is now 9 years old. My son has a tree nut and egg allergy and Gail made sure that her and staff were trained properly with epi pen administration. When I leave my son with Gail and staff I have no worries at all that my child will be well taken care of, fed, loved, educated and most importantly safe. You not only feel confident for your child's development and safety, but you also gain an amazing family community as part of this school. My daughter has attended Tender Care Learning since October 2015 and it has honestly been one of the best decisions so far because she's learned so much and is already prepared for kindergarten. The preschool's well rounded social skills, personal responsibility, and academics are only a few of the excellent areas your child will develop when attending Tender Care Learning. You feel so grateful to have your child learn and grow at Tender Care Learning plus to know they are in good hands and safe. I know my daughter will always greet me with a big smile every time I pick her up and want to show me what she's learned during her day. Her teachers are always there to tell me about her daily activities and anything else. They are truly a professional team.
