I ordered a contemporary rectangular planter with 5 different multicolored plants and they provided a tacky white basked with 3 cheap plants in a single color palette with a plastic stick that it's hard to read "Happy Mothers Day". Called to express my disappointment and the owner claims she did what she could with $65 and that she made the arrangement as close as possible to the original. This is a total lie because if you look at the pictures she clearly decided to make a quick buck by accepting to fulfill an order using drastically subpar materials and a left over Easter basket. A total disgrace. And she had the gall to be upset when my sister went to get a replacement arrangement. Unethical florist, stay away.

I was not notified, by phone, text or email that the delivery would be made two days earlier than I had requested. When I called Sophia's to voice my complaint, I spoke with the owner. He was incredibly rude and did not seem to grasp the importance of Valentine's Day flowers being delivered on Valentine's Day. He asked me, "have you seen the weather forecast?" I offered that I believed there was snow predicted on 2/12 and 2/13, but not 2/14. He said that there was bad weather predicted for 2/14 and he had to get his deliveries out early. I asked why I had not been notified. No answer. He asked me what I wanted from him. Seriously, he said, "What do you want from me?". I told him that my expectation was that the delivery would be made on the day I had requested it. I explained that I had paid him for a Valentines Day floral arrangement to be delivered ON Valentines Day and would expect to be notified if they could not accommodate. He asked me again, "what do you want from me?". I told him I either wanted my money refunded or I wanted flowers I paid for to be delivered on the date I requested. His response? "i'll tell you what, I will come back and get the flowers from you and then I will refund your money, how about that?" Their website boasts about, "great customer service". There was no, "great customer service" in my experience. Will stick with Woodman's from here on out.

We asked them the week of the wedding if another bouquet could be added for a flower girl, and they were able to do this without a problem. Also, they helped bring flowers from the venue (where they were delivered) to the hotel where we were taking photos. The prices were very reasonable.
