On 6/4, I ordered my daughter in law some Get Well flowers from Celeste's Flower Barn. I put in an online order which was not delivered so I called them and left a message wanting to know the status of my order, seeing as it was supposed to be delivered on 6/6 and was not. I called and spoke to a lady who said they never got my order, but she would be able to do it and get it delivered that day, 6/7. I ordered Garden Parade for $75. It came to the house and I was sooooo disappointed. In the picture, it is very full, and it did not come like that. I thought it was sparse for the price that I paid $95 after tax and delivery fee. Maybe they should not post pictures because the flowers I ordered looked nothing like the picture. I would suggest that you order your flowers elsewhere. WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED.....WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!! read more

I ordered 2 centerpieces for my daughter's bridal shower 2 weeks before the event. On the way to the shower I stopped by to pick them up. I was told by a very rude man behind the counter that he did not have the slip for the order. I told him that the arrangements were for my daughter's shower and asked if he had anything that I could purchase, He replied no, He never apologized for this mixup. I drove down the street to Jacques and they were absolutely wonderful taking care of getting two arrangements for the shower that were absolutely beautiful! I ordered a couple flower arrangements from Celeste's. The place is cute, the person I spoke to on the phone was very lovely and understood with great detail of what I was looking for. As I order arrangements quite frequently for family, friends, work functions etc. I know typically what to expect for pricing, quality and size promotions to reflect said price. The "As Shown" size defaulted in the photo are typically you're average run-of-the-mill portion of flowers in a small vase. The premium sizes are typically tall and full in body. When someone walks through the door with them in hand they are VERY eye catching in proportion. What I picked up was not Premium in size by any means. I was very disappointed as I spent over $100 for two bouquets that I could carry out in both my hands. I could have gone to Traders Joes and picked up several Bouquets of flowers, grabbed a vase and put them together myself for a huge fraction of the cost. :/ I write this post to simple give advice to those shopping here--Go in and look at their selection vs buying from the website. Im sure you'd rather pay for what you're actually seeing in person as opposed to getting something you ordered and being disappointed upon delivery. read more

What prompted me to offer my experience at Celeste's Flower Barn on Yelp after several years is that first of all, I am a newer reviewer on Yelp, and also because of the unfortunate set of circumstances that compromised the unique relationship between a customer and a florist. We must be able to trust that they will send what was ordered as most of the time we don't see what was sent. I send a lot of flowers and thankfully, most of the time everything is as it should be. I recently had a similar experience where a different florist (not Celeste's) substituted a poinsettia in place of the table centerpiece I ordered and paid for. The only reason I knew about it was my niece, who lives in another state, posted a picture of the poinsettia on Facebook. The price listed for the poinsettia was $25 less than what I paid for the centerpiece, otherwise it wouldn't have been so bad. When I called about this that florist apologized and refunded the difference plus 20% for the error. I was good with that and will do business with them again. In contrast when the error was brought to Celeste's attention (and I sent two of the arrangements, both were much smaller than described), they refused to make it right. If she would have acknowledged the mistake and offered a refund for the difference in size, I would not be putting a negative comment on Yelp. I had to go through the BBB to get a refund. As they never acknowledged their mistake or apologized for all the trouble, I feel that I should make other consumers aware of my experience. No, I won't be giving them another shot. As I said in my first review, they do some nice work so my guess is everyone going to the shop for flowers will be satisfied. I only caution those who would send flowers. Just be very specific and be sure that you are getting what you ordered. read more

I ordered flowers today for a sick friend. I ordered them at around noon time for a same day delivery, and they were there by 3:00 pm... Let me tell you, they were the most beautiful flowers ever!! Just what I ordered!! They were there promptly, and simply beautiful! I took a gamble and picked Celeste's Flower Barn from other Yelp reviews, and boy am I happy.... I ordered a telefloral item from the Celeste Flower Barn website. My order was confirmed via an email from them. My credit card info was approved. The next day I get an email stating that what i ordered would now cost $20 more . I called the Flower Barn to discuss this since i had written confirmation. When I told them to cancel the order, the woman hung up on me. BEWARE ORDERING FROM THIS FLORIST ONLINE. They change prices, rates and employ rude staff. read more

After calling a couple local flower shops on Valentines day....Celeste's was the only shop that could accommodate my request and get some flowers delivered to my wife that day and within the time requested. We used Celeste's for my daughters wedding and they were outstanding! The centerpieces were very involved but they were perfect and they came down on a Sunday to do all of the set up.
