Absolutely in love with every experience I've had here so far! My very first visit was at the end of their One Plant days, and I've ordered twice now through their SunnySide delivery program. It's a pretty easy set up- you go through all of their awesome sales and pick your products, get them your info, and select a window! They deliver next day (usually) and offer free delivery on $100+. You can pay with cash or canpay, which they verify during the phone call to review your order. They came right to my door, were super quick and friendly, and it was awesome getting my medical cannabis delivered to me while I was working from home! Couldn't have been happier every time. Friendly staff that do what they can to make things work, incredible flower products, and great sales. I'm currently waiting on my order now and look forward to trying their vapes and concentrates! This is how I want to be treated at a dispensary. A lot of people forget that this is a medical facility. When you walk in the door, identification is taken and you are sat in a nice lounge until called upon. Each Med tender is extremely knowledgeable in the cannabis strains and full spectrum of products. I love the deals this dispensary has. I decided to submit a support ticket to voice my concern and not requesting a refund or an exchange, just simply informing them I wasn't satisfied. After placing an online order I was told to sit and wait in the lobby. After waiting for over 10 minutes and seeing TWO people who arrived AFTER me go before me, I had to bring it to the attention of the Receptionist. I noticed there were at least 5 employees behind the counter and only one customer (the 2nd white dude who was called to the back) being serviced so what was the hold up? Then I had to wait for the budtender to go thru my account, click on this, click on that for about 5 minutes. Finally my order came up and was brought to me. After a lame excuse of why I had to wait, I told the budtender I will not be back. He didn't seem too concerned. I will let my niece and sister know about this experience as we often shop at your location. Too bad because I enjoyed the product and the location is close to my house. I ordered yesterday around 5pm for delivery the next day. Was told my order would be to me by 12pm the latest. Didn't get a confirmation till 12 and my order wouldn't get to me until 4:30 the latest. I call to check on my order @4:47 to be told he wouldn't be to me until 5:30, 5:45. I call to check on the status at 6:01 to be told he'll be to me in twenty min. Call again at 6:30 to be told my order was canceled two minutes before I called. Never again will I use the delivery service w/ this company. read more
