Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the start. When my wife called to check on things, Richard talked down to her, acting as if she should have already known how long repairs take. After the initial nine days, I learned the truck had an airbag code and needed to go to their Norwalk location. Then, when I picked it up on July 29th, I found the ParkSense feature was inoperable with a service code, plus there was a new scratch on the front right fender flare. They only provided a tiny Kia rental after I pushed hard. Finally I picked up my truck on August 5th only to find the scratch still there. To top it all off, three days after finally getting it back, I was pulled over because my taillights weren't working; someone had switched the lights from auto to off. I won't be returning.

Coming here I wasn't really too sure what to expect but all the signs pointed here to make it just right and it has been ever since as I've had to come back here to get my license plates as well as a free car wash every so often as it's just what's good here when that pesky salt comes about! When received car - have since been told there is no built in navigation system and I have to pay a monthly subscription fee to use navigation. Sales person admits to providing the wrong information. Using prior owners account to access navigation system when demonstrating use. Have asked for resolution from company. Offered to cover 1 year of subscription. Will keep car much longer than 1year. Cost of adding navigation system is between $5,000-6,000. Have opened complaint through Toyota customer service. Have called for follow up approximately 6 times and told I will receive call back from manager, and manager has never returned call. I called dealership myself and asked to talk with manager who was not available, and was told he (Matt) will call me back and he has not. Sold by giving false information from dealership.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR OR BOAT TRAILER HERE!!!!!!! If I could…read moregive it no Stars, I would. My boat trailer boat down last Memorial Day weekend. A friend recommended I have the boat towed here for repair. Maag's did the repair and WAY overcharged me for parts by about at least $400. I had my trailer serviced this spring on the eastside of Cleveland, they did a great job cleaning the spindels and repacking the bearings so there should have been no issue for the entire season. After trailer the boat 7 times this year (approx 900 miles) this season, both sets of bearings (inner and outer) failed on the driver side this week and I was broke down, JUST LIKE WHAT I WAS TRYING TO PREVENT. I have never seen inner bearing fail on a trailer before. I got the trailer fixed and while driving it home from the parking lot I repaired it at, I realized the passenger bearings were also bad. Cheap parts, over-priced service. The friend who recommended Maag's to me will no longer be using this service. When I called today to complain about this. The owner hung up the phone on me. Great customer service. I think that says it all.......

I got a crack in my windshield from a rock hitting it. I called my insurance agent, and they put in…read morea claim. I went to Butler Auto Glass(Adkins auto glass). I took it to them and I was happy with the installation. My new windshield cracked 3 weeks after it was installed. I was told it was either a stress fracture or an impact. When I went back for them to check, they insisted it was an impact. They said it was from the windshield wiper, but it wasn't near the metal part. They claimed that the spot was the impact, but it was on the inside! My insurance had paid for it, so I contacted my agent again. They put in a second claim. We decided to go with Safelite for the new one. When I got to Safelite, I asked the guy to check out the windshield. He looked at it and immediately said it was a stress fracture. There wasn't an impact. And the glass was uneven. He also confirmed that the chip that was seen WAS on the inside. Plus, he said that the rubber wiper wouldn't break it. It might if it was under the metal arm. The cause was little to no silicone under the window. I gave Butler a chance to make it right, but they dismissed me. I would NOT recognize Butler. I hope my insurance company changes their relationship with this business.
