So after a quick little search I came across Monro and I'm glad I did because coming here I could tell that the guys working here really did care and want to help as much as they could! Well so it came my tire was damaged so much so that I had to buy a new one but hey it happens sometimes so in just a little wile they took care of me and totally got me back on my way! They offer a check-in offer so don't forget to take advantage of that it will save you some $$$! Overall this was a mellow place with a friendly fast staff who did it right to help me when my car just wasn't happy it's for that I'm sure I'll come back here again I just hope that I don't have to soon!

This is hard to believe since the shaking I am feeling is in my steering wheel and brake pedal. Secondly, why does your techs NEVER take my vehicle for a drive before looking at car and pulling straws? Why did the interior of my edge have greasy finger prints on the visor, above drivers door, and below my panorama sunroof?????! When I noticed it as soon as I got home and went to open garage door for house, I backed right up and took it back. Tony was VERY RUDE!!!! He made it seem like it was already like that when I took it there. Excuse me????? I demanded that it be cleaned and look like it did when I dropped it off! About 20-25 minutes later it was clean. Too bad corporate doesn't allow me to post these pictures in my review! I love how the company takes down bad reviews on Google. Miraculously, they have 4.3 stars on there. They should only be doing tires and oil changes!!!!
