The station is always clean, and the window cleaners are always filled and have the squeegee handles inside so we can clean the windows of my car while we wait for the gas to pump. The workers inside are usually friendly for the most part and are quick with ringing up the items we buy for the trip to nibble on while we drive. They also have frozen yogurt self-serve, which is cool. We haven't had it yet, but we will try it one day. The gas prices are usually lower than the surrounding area, and the gas lasts a really great amount of time in my car. This is definitely my go-to gas station while we're up here!

Located off Narcoossee Road in the Mecca and unexpected explosion of business development around the new super Walmart in Lake Nona Tucktaway behind PDQ you will find Super Bowl mart gas station! Why on earth do you say am I so excited? It's more than the fact that their bathroom did it pass by rigorous clean bathroom test... Thank you very much Walmart. Now here's the real reason that they're getting the kudos for me that they are: a nice variety of food and drinks available in a relatively small store. A very unique yet surprisingly obvious selection of traveling items more car related then personal but those available as well. But wait there's more... Yes boys and girls take a gander at this. The lovely and fantastic department manager was at the helm of the register when I visited for the first time inside the store. She asked me if I had a Sam's membership, which I do however my wife carries the card. She said let me give you the lowdown on how we can save you some serious money and if anyone knows me you know that's the way to get my attention. This amazing Walmart manager says here's what we're gonna do I'm gonna take your $20 and we're gonna load it onto a Walmart gift card that's going to get you a three cent per gallon discount I'm like sweet! She says now borrow Mike's Sam's Club card since I know you have your own scan this before you put in your payment and you'll get another five cents per gallon off. Are you kidding me? The lady at Walmart just told me how to save eight cents a gallon at Walmart by using cash in my Sam's card? Seriously my life is just changed. Yeah that's a little extreme ordinarily overzealous But are use a lot of gas and if you extrapolate that based on the amount of gas and Uber or Lyft driver uses that's going to turn into some serious coin. So, all joking aside this really is a very cool money saving concept I love it.

I have never had a bad experience with customer service, and have never experienced them having more than two pumps (tops) out of order at a time. There are plenty of pumps avialable, it's just a really popular gas station, due to location and competitive prices. If you are nearby, this station should be your choice.

The parking and fueling lanes are a little tight so you'll need to watch while you driving through the property. The restroom were very clean but the environment inside the store was a little stale so I'm not sure if they were having trouble with the air exchanges I'm sure someone is aware of this and they have contacted their HVAC contractor. I didn't have any interaction with the staff but there were no lines at the counter even though there was a steady stream of customers coming in and out. My experience today was absolutely appalling and deeply disturbing. When I approached the manager with a simple, standard customer issue, their reaction was immediate, aggressive, and utterly degrading. The manager and other staff members present actively engaged in bullying and disgusting behavior. They spoke to me with overt contempt, using phrases like, "Well, do you want it or what?" and "If you don't like it, too bad." When I challenged their horrific tone and asked why they were speaking to a customer in such a manner, the manager escalated the abuse, snapping back with comments like, "How do you want me to talk to you?" and the unbelievably nasty, "You don't you know how to read?" This was verbal harassment, pure and simple. The conduct of this manager is completely unacceptable for anyone in a customer-facing leadership role. This is not just poor service; it is a fundamental failure of decency and professionalism. No customer should ever be subjected to verbal abuse, bullying, or outright hostility while attempting a simple transaction. I urge 7-Eleven corporate to immediately investigate the managerial practices at this Narcoossee Road location. Until the management is replaced and the staff is retrained on basic human respect, DO NOT shop here. This store is toxic, and the staff's behavior is a stain on the 7-Eleven brand.
