I feel like I got ripped off badly. They slapped two deli slices on this sandwich and they gave it to me on hamburger buns. This isn't what was advertised on their order screens or website. I wish I could get a refund because I didn't even enjoy the first bite and ended up not eating. The empanada was another disappointment. Flavorless boiled chicken mixed with some potato with a lightly seasoned rosemary crust. They give you some kind of garlic sauce with it and it's to distract you from flavorless food. The sauce can't always save food. Very overpriced for mediocre food. The coffee was the only decent item I had. Not even the tequeno was good and it's just a stick of cheese wrapped in dough. The drink was so sweet, it was undrinkable. The spinach and feta wrap had paper in it. I immediately called and spoke to a manager who was extremely kind. I asked her if she was able to credit it back to me, because I am not usually in this side of town. She said that she was not able to do so (to send it electronically). However she said I could come anytime in the next week or two, and just let them know I wanted items remade. I asked her if she needed my phone number or any other information, and she told me no, that this was no problem at all. She was extremely apologetic and friendly. Monday I drove to this side of town so that I could go to this Starbucks and have the items remade for me. The manager on duty (name redacted) stated that she did not have any record of the concern that I brought to your previous manager, and that people were trying to get things for free, and that there was a policy change, so there was no way that she could give me my beverage. I pulled up pictures from the exact date that I was there, which showed the label on my beverage, as well as the paper that was inside of the wrap. She did remake the spinach feta wrap. Overall, I was really disappointed with the way that this was handled this morning. I have many different Starbucks options that I can choose from in my area, but I chose to come back to your location, especially because I appreciated the offer to have my items remade. (Name redacted) was not understanding, and just said that this was the policy, and that I could speak to you. Overall, this was not a positive customer service experience, especially following a successful customer service recovery before- with the promise to fix the situation.
