While using the restroom, I brought in a fountain soda cup to refill afterward. Upon returning to the counter, I was approached by a staff member (who I later learned was the manager) who made a disparaging remark about my cup not being from their store. When I went to check out, he directed the cashier to void my transaction and charge me a higher price for the refill, apparently because he disapproved of the cup's brand. Setting aside the fact that this cost me less than a dollar, what stood out was the way it was handled. Rather than addressing the situation professionally or discreetly, the manager chose to make a snide comment and then use his position to override a routine transaction. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unwelcoming, and it reflects poorly on the store's management. I won't be returning to this location. It's disappointing that a matter of fifty to seventy-five cents was treated as an opportunity to embarrass a customer rather than simply process a routine refill. I'd encourage corporate to look into how this manager interacts with customers, as this is not the kind of experience that should represent the brand.

I ended up coming through this area a few times and with this Sheetz visit, I think I completed the few that were in this area. I usually need to stop part way on my way home to use the facilities or get fuel. For today's visit I needed the facilities and maybe some food (I hadn't eaten at that point). This is as near to a brand new store as you can get. The lot is huge, on a corner at a busy intersection. Along with a large lot, the store is large as well. Inside, it has that truck stop feel that some of the newer locations has. Big, bright, nice sized seating area. I went in and tapped the screen to place my order. While it is being prepared I make my way to the facilities. The facilities were immaculate, which were a bit of a surprise given how busy the store was. The food was as I expected, and missed. I made sure to get enough to enjoy on my ride and then for when I got to my destination. But before I left the lot, I took a few minutes to enjoy the night air. I putzed around outside for a few minutes and took in a phone call before jumping back into the car to head the rest of the way home.

I needed so many things at that point, that this was truly a blessing. I was sorely in need the facilities. Once I parked I made my way into the interior. Even though I was in need of the facility, I stopped at the touchscreen to place my order. I feel like this makes the time pass a little quicker if I use the facilities after ordering. Once done there I made my way over to grab a sweet tea and head over to pay. The introvert that I am, I like to use the self checkouts, but I needed to grab an item from behind the counter. Line moved quickly, and I was on my way over to wait for my food. Food was a bit off. I really am upset that they removed tots from their menu. First it was the onion rings, then my fallback was the tots. With that gone, it really has made me (and I am sure many other people out there) cut back on my dependency on Sheetz. It hits home when you see how large the lot is to allow for movement of the bigger vehicles. And mostly, it is kind of a given when you notice the proximity to all the distribution depots just up the road. It is really well positioned as well as it sit at the exit off of I-81. Not to mention that this is the main throughfare in the area. With it being of the truck stop caliber, this place is huge, inside and out. I like the ones that give off that vibe, it feels bigger. Higher ceilings, larger floorspace, brighter, facilities are just bigger. Giving off a welcoming atmosphere. It is a great stop during your travel. It allows for food, use of facilities, fueling up your vehicle, and a few other things. I know if I take this route on one of my many trips home, I will most likely stop here again.

I get my prescription filled every month right around the same day each month, I've dealt with her on multiple occasions and has been rude, disrespectful and nasty to me almost everytime I've went to fill my script ( especially if there were issues or questions about it) this month was the worse! May 22nd 2026 I had my dr send over my prescription and they asked for it to be filled today as I wa leaving out of town and needed to pick it update rather than tomorrow. This became a WHOLE ISSUE apparently, I called and asked why they were you refusing to fill my prescription and explained I needed it today ( to clarify my insurance covers my medication to be filled and picked up 2 days before the 30 day marks ) it was abnormal for me to pick my medication up on the 28th day of my months considering the type of medication it is and I have to leave my town to go there to pick up. Anyway, they returned my call over an hour later, Ethel was immediately rude to me, talking down on me when I was being polite and just trying to figure this out, she claimed my insurance needed to prove this request because it was before fill date ( in her mind ) so I called my i immediately after and spoke to the women who told me, my medication that I've been on for 6 years was approved to be picked up on day 28 every month and that Ethel didn't even try to run the medication on her end. My insurance offered to call them and speak to her. They got back to me and said " I spoke with Ethel, she said that this would be the ONLY time she would fill this medication and she would refuse todo it anymore after this" so here I am confused on why this women thinks she has ANY say about my medication. She thinks she own this pharmacy , she thinks she's a fucking doctor apparently because she is still in there thinking she can tell people when they can pick up there medication even though MY DOCTOR AND INSURANCE APPROVED IT. I will never ever use CVS for anything, myself, my family, my friends, my whole community is going to hear about this and I will make it my personal mission to have her taken out of this position because it is not okay to withhold people medication and treat them badly because you think your some sort of god.
