They scheduled me for Tuesday which I didn't think was soon enough; I ran out Saturday night in 18-degree weather and high winds. Too bad. I had to call back the answering service after waiting until 2 am for a call back to be informed that they would get back to me in the morning and then was hung up on. Well, it's morning, still nothing. I tried to call, but nobody answers now. I presume she recognized my number. So, here's my recommendation: If you use AC&T, it's generally o.k., the drivers are great, the oil's pretty clean and you'll be o.k. most of the time but keep some K-1 on hand 'cause you might need it!

Last heating season 2024/2025 - they let me run out of propane (automatic delivery customer). This heating season 2025/2026 - they let me run out of propane the end of December and AGAIN today. December had to call multiple times and waited over 10 hours without heat until someone showed up. Today I have called twice already - still no return phone call as to when someone will be here. Back on the December issue, they also told me they would give me a credit on the charges (since I'm on automatic delivery). But of course, they did not make any adjustments to my charges. Customer service is horrible and they cannot get automatic deliveries coordinated properly.

It is located right up next to a Martin's grocery store. If you ever have come across a Martin's, you almost always see a Martin's gas station as well. This location just dwarves their iteration and far outshines theirs. The lot, as I had said, is large. Along with the ample parking/pumps and decent sized store, they have a car wash as well. With them right up against what is essentially their competition, I suppose they needed to outshine their neighbor.

I went in and the lady said she didn't know what had happened and she then refunded me and put the money back on the tank. I went out a second time, and again would not pump the gas. I went in again same thing. It took a total of three times to get gas in my car. I ended up being late to school that morning and my refunded money is now pending in my account. This Sheetz will not be my first choice for gas in the future.

And mostly, it is kind of a given when you notice the proximity to all the distribution depots just up the road. It is really well positioned as well as it sit at the exit off of I-81. Not to mention that this is the main throughfare in the area. With it being of the truck stop caliber, this place is huge, inside and out. I like the ones that give off that vibe, it feels bigger. Higher ceilings, larger floorspace, brighter, facilities are just bigger. Giving off a welcoming atmosphere. It is a great stop during your travel. It allows for food, use of facilities, fueling up your vehicle, and a few other things. I know if I take this route on one of my many trips home, I will most likely stop here again.

Honestly, I would have gone to the Sheetz up the road, but this was located closest to the highway exit. The reason I usually bypass this location is because of the entrance/exit. It does not have direct access to the road, instead you have to go to a traffic light and hope that it is not a long wait. Then you have to hope that no semis is trying to make the turn as well. Once you do get into the lot there are plenty of pumps and parking spaces. I was able to pull up to one of the pumps it was easy to pay at the pump. I did the fuel thing quickly and then headed inside. I used the facilities and then did a quick check to see what snacks they had and grab myself a drink. They weren't that busy, and since there was hardly any wait, I was able to get to the registers quick. With them staffing this place so lowly it was a self checkout experience. I paid, went outside and stretched my legs a bit before heading back on the road. Heading out, of course I got the light. After waiting nearly five minutes I was able to get on the road and reenter the highway.
