For the lady who answered the phone when I was calling to complain that my mobile order was wrong caught an attitude trying to raise her voice stating that I was yelling which is far from the truth. I work as a call center rep and I never yell at people as my callers do to me. But rather than apologizing she makes an excuse stating no one is perfect at their job then proceeds to question my job skills. Yeah never again. Love this Sheetz. Alot of parking. Store is well organized and clean. Bathrooms are always up to par. They normally have 2 cashiers up front, so the line moves well. The only issue is that there is a heavy set woman that is a cashier in the mornings and she's not friendly at all. But aside from that this is one of the best Sheetz in Hagerstown. You know me, I seek out a Sheetz. Especially when on a long road trip. I was in need of a few things after being on the road for a few hours. I had also found myself ahead of schedule so I needed a stop to distract myself for a little bit. What better place to do that. This place was busy for the time of day that I had shown up. It seemed like all pumps were taken and there was a steady stream of vehicles coming in. I did not need gas just yet when I had stopped and was looking to use the facilities and grab a snack and drink. Inside it is your typical setup for a Sheetz. Cheap gas and a nice convenience store inside. It's the usual Sheetz experience that is the same here as any other that I've been to. Lots of snacks and drinks on display plus the made-to-order bar of sandwiches and other hot food. My only complaint is that the men's room was in need of servicing. Paper towels sticking out of the full trash bins and the floor needed a good mopping. Other than that, in decent shape. It just looked like that shift hadn't gotten around to cleaning it yet. We recently discovered Sheetz, and I only set them as a stop on my GPS now when traveling through this area. I just love them! Always clean, staff are friendly, these stores have super convenient food, beverage and dessert options! I follow a low carb nutrition plan and love it that I can find Quest protein bars here, as well as deli meat and cheese snacks, and fruit cups! My kids love it that they can order food from the kiosks, or custom make a milkshake! I wish we had these closer to where we live, they would be our regular go-to for sure! The order menu included healthier options such as chicken sausage and guacamole. The seasoned hash browns were very good and my kids loved the potato bacon sticks and mac and cheese bites. This is a nice new store. It has plenty of room at the pumps for gas. The store itself is nice, large and clean. They have a nice selection of both bottles and fountain drinks. They have several options for snacks and food. They have a made to order area where you can get subs, hotdogs, pizza, sandwiches, salads, wings, fries and specialty drinks made while you wait. The food is decent and much better than your normal gas station food. This location has a drive thru where you can order food and drinks and never have to leave your car. Very convenient if you are traveling, in a hurry or don't want to haul the kids out of the car! This location is easily accessed off I-70. So very convenient to get on and off the Interstate. read more

Bathrooms are always clean, food service is fast, gas pumps always working right, staff was very friendly, everything is always stocked, very clean and friendly environment overall, never a long wait in the cashier line, just recently they've been out of chicken. A little far from the highway! I love Sheetz, they are my go to if in by one, so I stopped. After getting off the highway you have to go through 3 signals and its on the right. This is pretty much next to Hagerstown Premium Outlets. Sort of difficult in/ out if there is traffic. Gas pumps were clean. Staff was friendly and upbeat. Didn't get any mto food but got a mto iced coffee and it was delicious, the line for mto food and drink seemed to go by pretty quick. The convince building itself though is a older model, if the redid the building to look like the new ones it would be better! read more

The South Potomac Street Location is very nice since the remodel of the inside of the store! More spacious and you don't have to worry about tripping over people either waiting in line for their MTO orders or waiting to pay for their purchases / gas. read more

The WORST frozen coffee I've ever had from Sheetz in my entire life.. The lady making them was too worried with talking bad about previous customers to pay attention to what she was actually doing. There were still chunks of whole ice cubes left after blending. How is that even possible?! Go to any other Sheetz in the area. Not this one. read more

For being fast food they have great subs, pizza, fries, just about what ever you might want they have. Their products are defiantly healthier than Fast Food.
