Since it's that time of year when medical plans roll over, she initially thought that the script wasn't covered. We let her know that it was in fact covered, and she very politely asked us to hold tight while she did some research. Long story short, she handled everything, and we drove away with a prescription that was covered by insurance. Insurance companies are the epitome of evil with their ever-changing coverage allowances. We pay exorbitant premiums, and then they decide to not cover something because it would affect their bottom line. But I digress. When it comes to prescriptions, this store is one of the better ones within 2-3 local zip codes. And a special shout-out to Valerie. She's an outstanding ambassador.

Pull up to the pharmacy that suppose to open at 9 people walking in to clock in at 859. 905 they still open registers, clocking in, opening windows, etc. If it opens at 9 y'all need to be ready to help customers at 9, not getting ready at 9. During my inspection, the manager, Dustyn Cook, claimed my brakes were out of adjustment and gave me two options: pay $21 an axle to have them adjusted on the spot or return to the mechanic who installed them. I chose to go back to my mechanic, who confirmed the brakes were already properly adjusted. To prove it, he accompanied me back to the Love's location and measured the brakes in front of Dustyn Cook. Only then did Dustyn admit, "Oh, they are at the right adjustment." This experience felt discriminatory and unprofessional. Love's should consider hiring staff who treat all customers fairly and respectfully, rather than driving them away.

They don't know what's going on but want to get my contact information so I can pay tomorrow. A light skin brother comes up and rings my food on the next register and it goes through with no problem. Somehow it magically works and the other register was down. Never going back.
