The employees were very friendly and were wearing masks. I typically get the "gold" wash, which is about $20 and it's definitely worth it! And with the gold, you get a car air refreshner. Prior to Covid, there was outdoor and indoor seating, but they have completely closed off the indoor side and there's a cashier booth outside which takes cards to pay for the service. Then you walk around back to we're your car is being washed. There are a few benches outside were you can wait as they clean. It took about 20-30 minutes for them to completely clean my vehicle and she did a great job! Be sure to tip them! Although i have about 5 other car washes near me, I literally drive about 25 minutes to this location because they always do it right!

I waited through four red lights to safely turn right. There used to be signs on the sidewalk that warned customers NOT to block the line from the street. The issue about blocking the driveway happens frequently. The entrance set up should either change or the owner should find a larger property. Customers trying to get to the post office, Aldi or other businesses by the car wash are affected by people forming a line where they shouldn't. Frustrated drivers make illegal rights, going around the line - driving blind. There are self washing stations and other car washes.

I choose the $16 wash that offers under carriage wash and spot less drying. It did a nice job covering the car with soap and rinsing. See pics. I was disappointed in the spot less drying feature as it didn't dry the car properly and it wasn't spot less. I had quit a bit of water marks on my front window and other parts of the car. This could be because the drying session was very short and not that powerful which I would suggest increasing both for a more effective drying session. I took one star off for this reason. However, I would consider re visiting when in need to wash salt off my car again.

Since the start of COVID, I've been driving so infrequently that I had hardly noticed how much dirt and pollen had begun to settle onto the exterior of my car. Additionally, having a dog to travel with at times has resulted in the visible presence of some flyaway dogs hairs that had floated around and found places to settle throughout the interior. Because it wasn't "essential" I overlooked it for awhile until I could no longer. So I dropped by this weekend while I was already in the area. There were only a few other cars in line, and I was able to see that everyone servicing the vehicles were wearing masks and gloves. I pulled up and as they started getting by car prepped for the drive-thru wash, the manager (I think?) noticed a scratch on the back of my car and gave me a business card for two different businesses locally that could help me get that fixed if I'd like to - one that he said he went to himself and another nearby. Since I had to go inside to pay, this is when I noticed a little bottleneck of people inside also waiting to pay. I chose to wait outside until the line subsided, and then quickly paid and returned to their outdoor waiting area. I had misplaced my credit card the day prior and was almost certain it had fallen out inside of my car but could not initially find it when I went back to look. Because they were really getting up in there while cleaning, the manager actually walked it over to me to let me know they found it. Both the interior and exterior was cleaned to my liking, but also my expectations are pretty basic when it comes to drive through car washes. I know these are typically "rushed" cleanings but that's really all I wanted or needed, so I was pleased that inside was vacuumed and wiped down to my liking. Overall, for $18 I got what I needed - a refreshed, shiny vehicle.
