I saw some good reviews for this location, so I drove by on a Saturday right before they closed and chatted with the owner, Brian. He hopped in the car and drove 1 yard, immediately told me what he thought it was, and warned me to avoid driving the rest of the weekend as grinding the wheel in extreme heat was risky. He said to come back first thing Monday morning to get it lifted up and properly examined. Came back Monday and the team figured out I needed to replace the caliper and brakes. Price was fair and they said they could do it same day within 3 hours, so I let them work on it and had them do an oil change as well. I'm very grateful for Brian and his team, taking the time to explain what was actually needed and why, and not overselling me on additional services. I'm so glad I finally found a new trusted mechanic! Will definitely take my car to Brian and the team for all future maintenance services.

Pretty good service!…read more I had an issue with attaching 'air deflector' replacement parts on the bottom of my car. It requires a ramp or a lift, and unfortunately my local tire shop didn't want to do it. Wouldn't even listen. They called it 'body work'. (I thought that having it done while getting my oil changed would help out, and of course I expected a charge for the extra service. Nope. Not even.) The 'body work' in question: Remove 5 screws, replace (torn) air deflectors with new one, reinstall the same 5 screws. On each side. Simple. This is all that was required. I went to the Shell station nearby and asked if someone could assist. The mechanic listened, checked to see that the screws weren't damaged, and then confirmed with the manager what to charge. $65, which I was fine with. 10-15 minutes later, the new parts were installed and I was on my way. Very pleased that someone would listen.

I often have to wait or drive around the lot to pull up to a pump except in the evening when traffic has decreased. Both Fuel Rewards and Giant discounts are accepted at the pumps. Today I had my first problem at a gas pump. It accepted my Fuel Rewards account information (my phone number) but indicated that I had no discount available. Even inside the store the response to my account entry was the same. The store employee gave me a toll free number to call about it. This convenience store is on the small side as is the lot. This location is over priced to start, but I stopped anyway to get a Carwash along with gas. The…read moregas pump was extremely slow to the point where it took almost 8 min to fill my vehicle. On top of that he carwash was not open and there was no sign indicating this. So I overpaid for gas that only got to get my car washed and didn't even get that done. Bad experience all around.

Checked the air pressure on the other 3 good tires all while my car sat outside the bay did it in 15-20 mins max time. My only negatives were: 1. the cashiers inside that station were rude and intolerant while speaking to each in some foreign language other than Spanish. I was told when I called the night before to arrange a tire repair by the station attendant who answered the phone:3x , "the mechanic is not here" duh! I knew that it was 6:15pm when I called. I asked her the mechanic's earliest availability for the week. Again he's not here call back tomorrow. I asked what time he'll be in, J don't know. "Call back tomorrow". What time does the station open for repairs. "I don't know. Call back tomorrow." I called the next morning they answered, he's busy call his number. I asked for the number they gave me it and hung up. ....really? The mechanic when I met speaks Spanish fluently and broken English. He's an excellent and very skilled mechanic, super busy working as fast as he can on whatever vehicles are there. Lastly this station was referred to me by the roadside assistance man who came out on Sunday afternoon 2 days prior all within 15 mins and had the flat tire off and the spare on in no more than 15-17 mins and when I asked where I can get my flat fixed locally, gave me the mechanic name and told me he's taken all his vehicles to this mechanic for 7 yrs. I can see why. Bottom line - the gas station is marginal , gas is gas, the people who work there are - "fortunate they still have jobs" but what makes this Sunoco top tier - is the mechanic and auto repairs they do. Not the cheapest among the five gas stations in the area, but it was on the way to my destination…read moreso I stopped by. Quick and convenient. The kiosk worked fine without any problems. The station was moderately busy for a Saturday around 6:30 PM. A few people uttered profanity because they were having difficulty with a declined credit card, and an attendant was helping a different customer with an issue they were having!
