CONS: I have no idea how she spent those 4 hours, because I had to spend the entire weekend scrubbing the things she missed. I hired Traci (based on great Yelp reviews) to deep clean an apartment the landlord had not cleaned well (pre-move in). The place is old and imperfect... I knew going into it that it probably wouldn't sparkle, but told her that I was primarily interested in a good scrub to remove the grime and gunk left in the kitchen, bathroom, and on the light switches. When she was done and it came time to inspect, I was shocked to find the amount of things that were missed, including a large, dried puddle of stuck-on goo in one of the cabinets, left by a previous tenant. This is something super gross and in plain sight. I am seriously astounded that this was overlooked after 4 hours of deep kitchen cleaning. I then pointed out some stuck on grime under the stove ledge (which I had pointed out during the initial walk through). Her response? "Yeah, I don't think I can do much with that... You could probably get it off with some Goo Gone"............. I thought that is what I was paying YOU for!!!!!!
