Its not the Rodgeview, but The Ridgeview. Actually the Ridgeview Manor Valencia Properties LLC. Its…read morea great place to live. I was there for 4 years & 4 months. Its not an apartment complex, but a rooming house. The rent is reasonable, with a large kitchen, & bathrooms upstairs & down. Of course, being a woman, I always think there can be more bathroom space, ha, ha! The kitchen is commercial style, with 2 microwaves & 2 stoves. Large sink area, & many refrigerators. If there are no vacancies, you'll likely share a frig with 1 other person. I was spoiled when I lived there & had my own frig the majority of the time. Towards the end I had to share & it was hard to whittle down the food. The people who lived there the same time as me were generally good people & we looked out for each other. We had a tight knit community. Before I had moved in, I had stereotyped the place through what i had heard through the years, but that was a mistake that inly hurt me at first. Once I had put my application in & eventually moved in, I was pretty gobsmacked at the difference in my first opinion, & then how things actually were. A lot of that has to do with the manager, Marshall Fulweider. Hes a friend now, & I miss him since ive moved. ( I finally got in to a low income apartment, & am immensely grateful for that. Being a senior, its nice to have my own place again. The waiting lists are soooo long in our county!) I've been gone a year now, & there's new owner's. They were refurbishing the place & id love to see it now. I had one of the largest rooms, with 2 windows, & it was pretty darn quiet. If you need some place to go, & cant get into an apartment yet, this is a great place to stay. The rent has gone up some, but I guess that's everywhere. I hope the Ridgeview is always there to continue to help people who need some place quick, or just NEED somewhere. Because being homeless is the pitts! I went from building my own home, & having a great job, to going through a divorce & becoming homeless. I was way too trusting & my x stole my money. Oh well, id rather be trusting, & loving, than be cynical & hate everyone. If you need somewhere, & cant get into an apartment for 4-5 years, check out the Ridgeview Manor. 2980 Coloma Street Placerville, Ca. 95667-4436 (510)305-3878 or (530)622-2187

We couldn't (and wouldn't) have been able to navigate this transaction without his counsel; he went out of his way to help us figure out how to finance it, and put our mind to ease by ensuring that our home inspections would take any surprises out of the equation down the road. Buying a house is a very emotional and stressful life-changing event. After hearing many other stories about agents that simply go through the motions to make their commission, I can promise you that Rich is your best bet if you want to feel like you truly have somebody looking after your best interests, rather than his own. Original review: Rich Curtis helped us through the process of buying our first home several years ago; I've never met anyone so willing to go above and beyond to help a first-time home buyer through the process of not just searching for a new home, but learning about the ins and outs of the deal. He walked us through every step of mortgages, escrow, financing, and the emotional roller coaster that comes with that experience. He also put his experience in home energy and environmental evaluations to good use, educating us on the best way to save on bills and keep our air quality safe from toxins. In full disclosure, Rich has become a great friend to our family, so we may be a bit biased. But I'll stake my own name on this: Rich is somebody I trust to handle the most delicate details of any realty transaction, and I continue to wholeheartedly recommend him to my closest friends.

The housing market in Sacramento is once again hitting a fevered pitch. I felt pressured to get…read moreinto a home now while I still could, but realistically had a few constraints like most first time homeowners. Rich was unbelievable in the process. Not only was he patient with my never ending questions, but he really took all factors into consideration. My personal life, the amount of money I had to spend, potential resale or rental values in the future, etc. Greenway Properties and all of the affiliated people they work with were professional, quick to respond, and exceptionally pleasant to work with. Rich never pressured me to rush into choosing a home and we wound up with a gem. He offered expertise on so many variables of home ownership and kept the whole process relaxed. Honestly, had I known buying a home was as simple and stress free as Rich and Greenway Properties made it feel, I would have done it sooner. I can't recommenced Rich highly enough!
