He arrived with a camera and took pictures of all of the damage and PROMISED that he would have it all repaired and would call me when the he had a estimate on everything damaged. About I week later he called me and said that there was no way that his men could have caused that much damage and more or less insinuated that I had did it myself. Before the move he was in my home and had checked my furniture and found nothing wrong with it. There is no way that I would destroy what it took me a lifetime to own. So when the estimate came in for the cost to repair all the damage his men did he refused to make any kind of restitution and stopped answering my calls . I am a senior woman and because of that he took advantage of the fact I couldn't do anything to force him to do the honest and right thing and pay for what his demolition crew had done to my belongings. So take WARNING and avoided this company at all costs or you will pay the same price that I did. This is not a moving company but a demolition team and the only thing you will get by hiring them is unlimited Stress and astronomical financial loss .They took advantage of me because they thought because I was a old lady and would not fight back. Called Dave and he had Roman, his employee at my house within a few hours. It was a time-consuming, tough job getting the raccoon out from under the deck with extremely large concrete blocks around the deck perimeter and lots of drainage stones over the rest. The repairs were completed but when I returned to pick it up I was met with a vastly different reception. I again walked into the store and greeted the fellow inside with a very cheery "good morning". His response was to bark at me " OUTSIDE". Apparently due to the Covid virus they were not allowing customers into the store. The very small ambiguous sign on the door did not clearly state " No entry". As it turns out this was the store owner, Mr. Bob White. Once I completed my transaction with another staff member I raised my concerns about being treated so rudely and his only response was " I have other customers to help". It's obvious that the rudeness is endemic and starts from the top on down. There are other small engine repair shops near by that I will frequent in the future for my needs. I will now drive miles out of my way to seek assistance for my Stihl repairs and purchase of future machines. I suggest to all that you seek repairs and purchase of Stihl or Cub Cadet products elsewhere unless you prefer to be treated like dirt as a paying customer.
