Not only that, it took atleast twice as long as other local funeral homes to even get the ashes back -TEN DAYS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SECOND RATE BUSINESS, at a time like loss of a loved one, DETAILS MATTER, all they care about is getting paid.
