Don't have the common decency to call you and tell you that they won't be able to meet you because they are sick and you don't find out till you drive there the next day. All I wanted to do was put a gravestone on my wife burial site, to show respect and help remember her, and now I'm sorry that I buried her at that cemetery at all. If I knew this is how they handle business and this isn't the first time they almost completely screwed everything up, very disappointed and very upset with the way they do things. I should look to see how much it would cost to move her somewhere else and sell the plots, besides their Grass is full of weeds and dead looks awful. Ok

She recommended an idea to have an outdoor service with music my dad would have loved (60's oldies songs!) and make it a real celebration of his life. It turned out to be exactly what we wanted and needed. She really listened to us and understood our family in one of the most vulnerable times we've had. I can't say enough wonderful things.
