Instead of reaching out through a phone call, voicemail, email, or certified mail, they left a SUMMONS NOTICE -- with no warning or clear communication beforehand. We paid the balance once we found out, but this is a terrible and disrespectful way to treat loyal patients. There was no transparency or effort to explain the charge in advance, and it left us blindsided. I strongly urge this office to rethink how they handle patient communication and billing issues.
