they failed to call you when they have a change in the office. I had an Appointment and it was chandged no call t tell me.

Very disorganized office and rude office staff. I saw this office for months only for them to not tell me of their changed phone number. Being disabled and not able to drive I was told by someone who formerly worked for the office after 2 weeks of sending this mystery person my personal medical information that I would have to go into town which is very hard for me to do. Then when I went into the office to fill out the paperwork to have my information transfered to my new Dr. the staff tried to throw me out instead of just letting me fill out paperwork while sitting down. I still have yet to get my medical information. I would not go to this office as they do not care for their clients in a professional matter. I also had a serious medical event and was not given help in coming up with a healing plan to get better. All of this surprised me as I did for a while feel like I was getting the help that I needed, but as soon as I had my medical event they were completely rude and ghosted me. read more
