I am really impressed with the efficiency and knowledge of all the staff in this office. When I come in for a procedure I am greeted by the staff escorted to my procedure room immediately. We discuss my procedure for the day and if I have any questions they are answered quickly, this totally relieves any anxiety or apprehension I may have. Every staff member in the office can explain any procedure with the exact professionalism that I would expect from the Doctor except they explain the complex in terms I can understand using pictures and props until I totally understand and taking as much time as needed. I was very pleasantly surprised. It was our first time visit with Dr. Haney's office, and my husband and I were greeted with warm and friendly smiles. We were a bit late which kinda made things a little messed up for them (so sorry) but, we were seen in pretty quick order. The staff and Dr. Haney were all very personable. So down to earth and able to crack some jokes. It was not a bad experience as I have come to expect at any other dentist I have been to. I had an outstanding experience recently when I had to have a tooth extracted. I suffered great anxiety beforehand because of painful experiences years ago at a dental clinic in New York.
