A friend of mine convinced me to go with her a few months ago and I won't go anywhere else now! The pedicures are decent (although I'm not picky about who does my pedicure). But I only trust Tina and T with my acrylics! They both do an amazing job and any time I give them a picture of some random Pinterest design, they make it look just like the picture!! My suggestion is to call a few days ahead and make an appointment with your preferred nail tech! Haven't had a bad experience since coming back!

It's like they're not even trying. The place is pretty big, but not many people in there. It's cute and it looks like they serve alcoholic as well as no alcoholic beverages. This was my first time visiting this nail salon, I had met a girlfriend there for pedicures & mani's since she lives in that area. I was hopeful as we showed up right when they opened with no appointment and was placed right away into pedicure chairs. My friend had a nail tech show up right away and hand her the service menu. I sat in my chair for about 5 minutes before a nail tech showed up. My friend handed me her menu so I could review it and decide which pedicure service I was going to receive since my nail tech did not provide one to me. We both requested the same service. I think it was the organic pedicure with gel nail polish. Since we had both ordered the same service, this is where I started to notice a little bit of a discrepancy between the service the nail tech my friend had versus the one I had. My nail tech did not seem to want to be there. He was checked out watching the football game and jamming his finger or thumb into the top of my foot like some caveman who couldn't speak when he would want me to move my foot into the water or flatten it out so the gel lamp could go over top of it rather than asking me. I would notice things being done to my friend that her nail tech was doing that my nail tech wasn't. Like the orange powder that your feet are supposed to soak in was not added to my water until the very end right before they drained the tub. Just overall not very attentive at all, no communication, and no customer service skills. When it was time for the manicure.... I noticed the nail tech also doing this with my friend ...which is the aggressive pushing and pulling of fingers and hands. I get you need to have my hand closer or it needs to go under the UV lamp....but you don't have to pull on it and be aggressive. Oh and the long thumb nail that the tech had (gag) that he would gouged and drag around my cuticle or the side of my nail to clean up polish that got on my skin. It was painful and aggravating and I was two seconds away from just throwing my hands up in the air paying and leaving that sh!t hole. I joked with my friend that I better not get a staph infection from his thumb nail Positives: - The gentleman who greeted us at the door was nice. - The older gentleman who offers you beverages was very attentive and kind as well... so much more than my nail tech.

When I stopped in to get a pedicure they had a call that 6 people were wanting to get in and from that moment on she just rushed everything along. I couldn't enjoy it. I felt that they were pushing me aside along with the other 3 ladies that were in the pedicure chairs. I get it to an extent. Money is money especially when it comes to nail salons, however, I feel that if you do that to the current clients in the chairs you miss out on future business from them. The same thing happened again with my waxing. The girl usually takes her time, but again she was being rushed and left a crap ton of wax in my eyebrow hairs and didn't wipe good enough around the area that was waxed.
