I noticed some sunken spots in the driveway and called Moderna a week ago to see about repairs. An answering service picked up during regular business hours and I left a message for them to call me. No one bothered to call back. I'm disappointed in the fact that the driveway has sunk in spots and more so that the company couldn't even return the call. Follow up is just as important as the main job at least to me it is. I have another company coming out to give me a repair estimate. Update: I am upgrading my review as the issue was a communication issue through a third party. Justin was willing to come out and do the repair with no hesitation. Just about every contractor out there is backed up with projects due to COVID and Moderna was no different so to leave the poor review was not appropriate since it was a poor communication issue.

They developed a "picture" for me of how the job would look and gave me a lot of insight and advice on what would work best for my mom and her yard. I was truly astonished that Sarah made the effort to make suggestions that were based on functionality and not on profit. I was willing and wanted to pay for a more extensive design but, her advice made for a more functional area that works much better for my mom then what I had envisioned. With the added bonus of lowering the total cost by 6% because of removing the "fluff" that I had originally thought was needed.
