It was full of knats...he stopped our service in the middle of transportation and when I called him he requested me to pay again in order to continue service...I had already paid the man in advance for our services....he is disrespectful, changes what he says midway through transporting people, and tries to get more money...please DO NOT rent from this company, you will regret it...we requested a black one, he sent a old white one that stunk, had bugs, and twists everything he agrees on to try to get more money out of you....​

He came right out and picked us up and took us to get our rental car we were getting pretty discouraged so were very grateful for a service that showed up, drove safely and was excellent all around. There was hard braking and quick lane changing constantly; In addition, we had to wait 90 minutes for our pick up after he told us numerous times he was "almost there"; we had to stand in cold, windy weather, not knowing when our driver would even be arriving. He had no idea what he was doing or where he was going. The company did not provide any compensation or partial refund at all. We also had people in their 70's, 80's and a person in a wheelchair. The driver didn't even apologize. I would never use them again.
