Absolutely Exceeded My Expectations! We rented the 56 coach bus to transport my daughter's wedding party and hotel guests in round trips between our hotel and the wedding venue. Everything was done online and via email. Very simple and easy process. I received a confirmation the night before with the drivers name and cell. I received text messages informing me the bus was on its way and again when it arrived. And my designate had constant communication with my driver throughout the evening even when our round trips were adjusted at the last minute. Wendy Czinder was my driver. Wendy Rocks! Very pleasant. Car Services. I use them all the time as they are functional means of transportation. But when that functionality becomes a personal experience- well now that's worthy of a review. Case in point. I had set up an account with All Star to help my mom get from her house to the hospital during the winter months when my dad was sick. She never wanted to use it- but it gave me peace of mind knowing that it was there for her if she needed it. All Star was quick to set up the account, took all the information and told me that they could easily send all the bills to me. So on a recent trip to Detroit- I needed to get mom and me to the airport to catch a flight and I thought I would show my mom how easy this service is to use. I called and made the reservations. Super simple and efficient- they told me a car would be there at the right time. They even sent a follow up email and were able to confirm the pick up as well. At the given time- a car showed up and Alan was our driver. He was great in putting my mom at ease and chatted with us all the way to the airport about his family and such. Made me feel like he was a family friend. And on the return trip, our driver (I think his name was Bill) met us at the luggage claim, helped us to get our bags and even pushed my mom in her wheelchair all the way to the garage to the car and returned the chair. Really wonderful service which helped me believe that my mom would be able to travel in the future on her own. Prices are competitive, the cars are clean and they bill everything to the card you have on file so there is no scrambling at the end of the trip- only ease. You can request whatever kind of car you want from Sedans to SUV's to stretch limos as they have quite a vast fleet. And after your trip, you will get an email so you know exactly what was billed to your card. Sometimes the littlest things that make life simpler are the best things. Car Services aren't fancy . . .but in this case they restored the confidence in my mom that she can travel again . . .and for that I am thrilled! read more

I almost forgot to give All-Star show for the awesome one star rating for leaving me at the hotel the day of my wedding. We paid for two rounds trips twice from the hotel to the venue for me and my wife. They picked up my wife and dropped her off at the venue and went back to All-Star chauffeur in Troy Michigan they never once contacted. My wife never follow her directions to go back to the hotel and pick me up. I had to contact All-Star show for directly the day of my wedding as I'm sitting in the lobby asking him where are they and why am I late to my wedding just for them to say oh they had miscommunication when what was supposed to go away but me and my wife went to the location in person to pick out our vehicle. Also, give them the terms to additions on how to set up was going to one year prior you All-Star so far never once offered me nor did they different drive on another day. I called All Star to provide shuttle service for my daughter's wedding between the hotel and the wedding venue. I had initially hired a highly recommended service with smaller buses to handle our party but found them difficult to work with, especially when I contacted them to say that we had many more guests coming in from out of town than we had anticipated and would need larger or more buses. I had to keep the one small bus from them but called All Star in hopes they could help me. They were incredibly helpful and helped us figure out what would work best for us. The large bus made 2 trips from the hotel to the venue before the wedding and 4 or 5 return trips throughout the evening. Our chauffeur, Wendy, was delightful! All our guests expressed how pleasant she was and how nice the bus was. In addition, 8 hours for the large bus with All Star cost less than 4 hours with the smaller bus from the other company. Lesson learned! Next time I need a transportation company, I will be calling All Star! read more

So, when I needed transportation services for my daughter's wedding I reached out to AllStar. They delivered in an all star manner. The wedding was in Toledo and the limo and shuttles had to come from Detroit area. No problem. My experience with ALLSTAR Chauffeured Services was absolutely perfect. They were SO helpful and responsive. We used them twice for our wedding weekend, on 8/23/19 in the evening and 8/24/19 in the morning to shuttle guests from the hotel to the temple. The buses are very clean and posh, and the drivers are so pleasant. I worked closely with Marsha while planning, but on the day of the drivers/company coordinated seamlessly with my planner to ensure the trips went smoothly. They planned the best route to and from, and even worked with us to coordinate the entrance into and our of the temple such that it wouldn't affect the guest parking and baraat in the morning.
