Our team had a discovery meeting to discuss our quote, goals for the video and learn how we needed to prep for a day of footage and scripting. I was given access to their online project management system where the project and its pieces could be reviewed and discussed. This eliminated having to manage multiple emails that get lost in an Inbox. The day of filming went smoothly.
