On the paper that I received regarding her services it states that I am able to come in within 8 weeks from the initial date to have the ink touched up or fixed for free. I have been calling once a week for five weeks now in an effort to get a touch up but no one has returned my messages or calls. It appears I will have to invest in someone else's services to fix the eyeliner because it has been noticed by coworkers and family members and is a bit embarrassing. I am sad that this is the way things have turned out.

She asked me if there were any focus areas and I let her know my neck as a focus area from sitting at a computer all day for my work.
