Aesthetically this place is on point. Advisory Warning: you can hear the freeway from the massage room. Came from Madison to this place and wasn't disappointed. The commute was tricky even with GPS but next time - I know. They offer deals, add on specials if you receive hair services then add on a facial/massage/etc (waxing not included but provided a discount separately) for like $10-50, period. First come, First serve. They have a nice changing room - nicely appointed. Pictures being posted. Color scheme is divine. Wi-fi is UNSTABLE~ but they are working on getting the kinks out. I can't speak on hair services as I only got a facial and massage with the kid. Double beds in the massage room. Single service area for esthetician services. Lockers available to secrue your property. Sitting bench with hygiene products. Restroom connects to the front lobby and spa waiting area. Decent service providers Uniform front desk help and all are cute (kind of expected in the beauty industry) Folks are not all, "Eww, GroupOn how did you get this!" which is part of what makes it easy to patronize after the deal. They are situated between the highway and projects. This is good for a commute but not so great when you're on the massage table. I'll have my earbuds in next time to listen to my music of choice while getting work done. They have a "wash your feet" before we start process that we missed as the service providers decided not to do it to save us time but our facial finished up with time to wait so it could have been done then. Stylist "wasn't feeling well" and LEFT in the middle of my color. Spent 6 1/2 hours here, was charged full price - (over $200) and will be paying an additional $100 to have my hair corrected at another salon. Never again. read more

went there for a manicure and I got horrible servicr. I felt rushed and not taken care of. I got half the service I paid for. my nails look like shit and even the other workers agreed. not worth the 60 dollars I paid for a 20 minute service. not a happy first time customer read more

My son gave me a gift certificate for Christmas. I asked them for a deep tissue massage and to rub my feet .she rubbed me like she was using a feather & she rubbed me feet with one finger. I paid with my gift certificate. Which was more then enough, but she came running after me & said I owed a 25% tip. Never again!!! read more

I have been coming to Domani for years. I remember when they first opened. I was probably in high school at the time! I've had everything from massages to pedis to hair services here, all with the same quality and expertise. (I even hosted a bachelorette party here years ago...during a tornado! They offered us free wine and pedis while we waited out the storm. Talk about customer service!) I live in Chicago but my family lives in the area. Even with the wealth of services closer to home, I wait for a WI visit to have my hair done. The prices are very reasonable. They have a great product line and I always appreciate their recommendations. The staff offer a uniform approach to helping you to feel comfortable from the second you walk in the door. Pretty great place!! The aesthetics are on point. My stylist was very friendly. Even better she agreed to quickly style my hair, after my trim, in a messy bun updo for free as my "style" portion. Worked out perfectly since it was my wedding shower that afternoon!! I'll definitely be going back. My only gripe is their spa capacity. They market themselves as a spa and salon. However, if you attempt on scheduling two facials, at one time, they can't do it as they only have capacity for one at a time. Other than that, Domani seems like a clean and well managed place. I have been going to Domani for at least 10 years. I was anxiously awaiting the salon to reopen after the Covid pandemic. I know I was not the only one of their clients who felt that way, in addition to the stylists and esthetician's. When I received the email with the great news of reopening I was thrilled! As I re-read the email seeing all the safety precautions put into place just to keep customers safe I was wondering if it would take away from the joy of being at a salon. Absolutely NOT! I arrived, I was greeted IMMEDIATELY! The safety measures didn't stop everyone from being the same happy welcoming crew they always are. Even though the atmosphere is beautiful, I was disappointed with not given the appropriate information when I inquired about the services. I purchased a Groupon package that included an hour facial, manicure and pedicure. The place is about an hour away so I was looking forward to a little road trip. The services were relaxing, however I wouldn't spend regular price on them only because they weren't much different from anywhere else that is less expensive. I have had many facials, pedicures and manicures and even though I don't want to sound picky, some things seemed to be missing like a hand massage. When I inquired about the facial I was told it was customized and was not told that extractions were extra. The only reason I even asked specifically about the facial is because the website didn't give much information and I wanted to make sure it was a thorough service. The esthetician apologized for the error however it didn't remedy the situation. Because I am a Massage Therapist I can purchase professional products with my license and do my own facial with masks. So having the extractions, which I am not able to do, was important to me. The facial was not quite an hour and I can't imagine paying the amount they charge plus extra for extractions. I did explain this to the customer service desk attendant when done and was told the owner would get back to me, but I never heard back and it's been almost a week. read more

The staff at Domani is amazing. The kind atmosphere and professionalism is amazing. In my opinion there is nothing like the Domani experience. I have been to their location numerous times for hair and salon services and now was able to try their new Location in Oconomowoc this morning for a massage. Tammy is so amazing! Wish I could give them zero stars. My sister and I came here to use spa finder gift cards as it is one of the only places that accepts them in the area. Drove over an hour to feel generally uncomfortable throughout the whole experience. Walked in and had temperature taken and announced to whole establishment. Seemed odd how they made sure to take my temperature but forgot to take the old white ladies as they came in with no masks. Got a pedicure and was insulted by the nail tech. She criticized our toenails that were damaged from years of cross country running. Also made sure to point out the birth mark on my leg and how it was "a nice light color and didn't stand out much". Besides this, they barely talked to us at all no matter how many times we tried to initiate conversation. They also never asked if we liked the color we had selected for our nails, which we did not. As we were leaving, they gave us a "new guest bag" that had been hyped up upon arrival. It was a cheap reusable bag that contained a business card and a singular sample size shampoo. Overall, we would not return ever again even if I was being paid. read more

I started coming to Domani for massages years ago and I've always had a great experience. Both the girls are great and the overall experience is very relaxing. I love to foot-soak pre-massage and the ability to choose the scent that goes in the massage oil. I began coming for haircuts 3 years ago. I lived in Chicago at the time and got a horrible cut at a fancy salon down there so my mom made an appt here to get my hair fixed when I came up for a visit. They did an incredible job fixing the hack-job and I've been coming back ever since. I actually planned my appointments around visits to see my family since I lived out of state until recently. I usually see Rachel and I love her! She's sweet and you can tell she really knows what will compliment different face shapes. It's hard to believe a cool place like this is available in such a small town. Trish does a great job on hair. The atmosphere is great. You can get coffee or beer. I have also enjoyed massages here. Lots of great stuff without being too feminine for a guy to enjoy. read more

Terrible establishment, went in with extensions to have them match the color to my hair and looked at the extensions in disgust. Girls who were working on them laughed under their breath. Awful HORRIBLE place. Filled with snotty girls who are very immature. I tell everyone how awful this place is. Clean up your staff's act! read more
