Not only did he attempt to find covers for our wells at two different stores but he made sure he talked us through the work that they did today. Tommy's demeanor, positive, and professional attitude was noticed and appreciated! I did not speak with the other workers but they completed the work quickly and efficiently. It is the simple things like rolling up the electrical cord and pump for us that were in the window well for draining purposes, and they made sure the gate was closed.
