I left a message at their office (859) 333-3021 Another week or so went by and still no response. I got tired of the samples so I decided to take them back. I informed the head honcho of what went down and he asked for another chance and told me that the gentleman in I talked to was now in Florida. This head honcho said that their head employee would be there by 9 or 10 am. That day I got a call at 9:45 am and honcho said head employee was previously scheduled and he couldn't reschedule my but honcho said head employee would be there the next day with a crew. You guessed it, No show, No call. I left message a few times and after a month honcho responde to a text stating life happens (sickness, stuff like that). I figured since he responded to my text he would call me the next business day that he said he would be in the office, but nope. Till this day no one has texted me nor called me and my projects wait because no one wants to make good on their word or work. No they are not the first company to do a no show, in fact there has been at least five but they are the only ones that broke their word multiple times. Past companies just ignore my messages.

They were incredibly loud all day Saturday with the repairs. I was told around 1pm that they should be finishing up in an hour so. They were there until at least 6pm. The next day, I have a scheduled repair for my back patio gate, because it had not been closing for 7+ weeks, and I could not wait for my HOA any longer as it was a safety issue. It was fixed and on that Sunday, I was able to open and close my back patio gate. The gutter repairs were (apparently) being continued to Monday morning. It was again loud, but not as loud as Saturday. I came home from work at 4pm to find them taking up my entire back patio. I left shortly after and returned at 7pm, to find the back patio gate unusable again. The same gate that I paid to have repaired the day prior, No one answered the phone number I had for them, despite advertising themselves as "24 hour" service. They were incredibly disrespectful of my property. This is extremely unacceptable for the prices they charge.

I can't be happier with Atlas Contracting (AC), who installed my new Owens Corning (OC) 40 year…read morewarranty, 130 mph, algae resistant, etc., etc., etc., total roofing system (TRS)! You'll do yourself a big favor to read all of this review. And a much bigger favor to be sure and choose AC for your new TRS! I got quotes from 5 contractors, and AC was far and away The Best! They were the only one to give me in depth materials showing me exactly what TRS I was getting. With synthetic underlayment over the entire roof, starter shingles and drip edge/gutter apron along the edges, hip ridge shingles across the peak, ice and water shield in the valleys, new box roof vents, and new lead plumbing boots, my entire roof's TRS is brand new and ready for any weather! Will and Colin were Fantastic! I couldn't have asked for better or more! They went above and beyond on all matters. Will, the Manager, was my main contact person, and was very knowledgeable, very responsive to my many questions, and very easy to work with. Colin was very helpful and easy to work with too; he even created a support for a spot of my vaulted ceiling with its prior damage to avoid further injury! Their gutter specialist Josh (and his friend) even fixed old issues with my downspouts and dented gutters, and removed an old whiskey rain barrel for me, reinstalling the original downspout. They even rehung a series of zig zag, leaking gutters that wouldn't drain properly over my front door! Will and Colin showed me photos on their large TV in their new showroom off Nandino of other roofs they had done, with various colors, etc., and helped me pick out the best color for my home. Cassa in their office helped me multiple times on the phone and via email, and helped me file my 10 year full, 40 year prorated, warranty with OC. Will had gone through potential upgrades, including a 50 warranty option, etc. And AC gave me a 5 warranty on their workmanship. And to top it off, they gave me far and away the best final price, beating all others by over $1,000! I am so happy I picked them, because there is not a doubt in my mind: They Are Absolutely The BEST! Heh, tell them Tom D sent you. Maybe I'll get some referral checks! He removed and reattached the siding where necessary and they cleaned up after themselves. Tim, was easy and up front about pricing and what products were available and he stayed true to the original estimate. When dealing with this kind of expenditure it is helpful having a good team to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again if I needed roofing or siding. I even enjoyed the office staff. During discussions prior to purchased, Tim was very quick to respond to any questions. He kept us updated on the doors(when the plant would have them completed). All the installation went very well and with attention to detail. They cleaned all work areas at the end of each day. There was an item with the doors that came from the factory incorrectly, he responded within an hour and the factory replaced the item the next day! They did not, which means we had to wake up our sick infant so they could access the attic space. Very frustrating. Could have been completely avoided with call ahead. The tech that came was combative, had a horrible attitude, and made no effort to address my core concern solely on the basis that I'm not the owner of the property. He got there before me and was unforgivingly rude to my wife. He will not be allowed to return. I can't recommend this company, not necessarily because of their work quality, which appears average though my filter area is really janky, but because their customer service is just poor.

And they left drywall dust on the floor when they replaced the thermostat. For my reasons, "leave no trace" is an essential part of contractor services. Monthie did not comply. I'm disappointed because, even tho it may not be a corporate ethos, my personal request was acknowledged then defied by the service technicians.
