You'll do yourself a big favor to read all of this review. And a much bigger favor to be sure and choose AC for your new TRS! I got quotes from 5 contractors, and AC was far and away The Best! They were the only one to give me in depth materials showing me exactly what TRS I was getting. With synthetic underlayment over the entire roof, starter shingles and drip edge/gutter apron along the edges, hip ridge shingles across the peak, ice and water shield in the valleys, new box roof vents, and new lead plumbing boots, my entire roof's TRS is brand new and ready for any weather! Will and Colin were Fantastic! I couldn't have asked for better or more! They went above and beyond on all matters. Will, the Manager, was my main contact person, and was very knowledgeable, very responsive to my many questions, and very easy to work with. Colin was very helpful and easy to work with too; he even created a support for a spot of my vaulted ceiling with its prior damage to avoid further injury! Their gutter specialist Josh (and his friend) even fixed old issues with my downspouts and dented gutters, and removed an old whiskey rain barrel for me, reinstalling the original downspout. They even rehung a series of zig zag, leaking gutters that wouldn't drain properly over my front door! Will and Colin showed me photos on their large TV in their new showroom off Nandino of other roofs they had done, with various colors, etc., and helped me pick out the best color for my home. We had LEI replace our windows two years ago, the windows themselves have been good but now we have…read morenoticed that the chalking around the windows have mold on them. We had our previous windows 17 years and never had a mold problem. We called them about this and was told that this is not their problem that we should contact the chalking company. We do not feel that this is something that we should have to take care of, we didn't choose the chalk or apply it, they did! Also, they never offered a name or number for us to contact the chalk company. So with this kind of customer service I would not recommend LEI to do any kind of work for me. Update, someone from the chalking company finally contacted us last Thursday and they will be sending someone out to look at our chalking Nov 5. Will update when we find out what they are going to do.

TEXAS Customer Experience (North Dallas area)…read more I absolutely fell in love with the double hung windows that were shown during my initial demonstration; I wanted that style for all of my windows (except the picture window), which the LEI Rep stated would not be a problem. However, it was a problem when Alside (the actual Company who produces the windows) came out to obtain accurate measurements and found that 4 out of 9 window spaces were too big for a single double hung window. I ended up having to change those 4 window styles to 2-lite sliders since the amount would have raised drastically. The LEI rep who came out to show the windows was polite and energetic but did not do so well following up with me about the minor complications mentioned above nor did he explain the installation scheduling/process with Alside. Although the initial LEI rep was not communicating with me promptly, I was able to get through to LEI Corp; they had the division Manager contact me and she who was phenomenal! She came out to my home the next day after we spoke on the phone and allowed me to have any window space of my choice to have two double hung windows at not add'l cost! Even with the rough patches, I am very much satisfied with the products and services from LEI Home Enhancements!
