I immediately found them to be extremely friendly, down to earth and honest about expectations, cost and timing. I was looking for a fast turnaround in terms of getting them out for the cleaning, which they accommodated by coming to my house on a Sunday! On the day of the cleaning, the great communication continued, with a heads up call that they were on their way to the house, and they were right on time.
