It was not dirty enough to be cleaned twice, never mind 5 separate times. The rug was returned with unraveling edges, failed binding, and curling corners. It was in good condition when dropped off. It is now ruined. Completely unusable. This is not normal wear; it is the result of improper cleaning practices. I called to speak to the owner to see what could be done about destroying my rug. The new owner told me he "Planned to do NOTHING about it" and to come pick it up. The business is under new ownership and whatever standards existed before are clearly gone. If you were a long-term customer like I was, be warned: the quality and care are no longer there. I regret trusting them with something I can't replace.

In the process of tearing up the flawed floor, our brand new drywall was damaged and their attempt to fix it was lousy at best. The representative who came out even said he was concerned about losing money on the job. When we withheld payment until the drywall was fixed, we were threatened with litigation. In the end, we had to fix the drywall on our own.

The service and prices at this store were a breath of fresh air compared to all other flooring stores. I purchased odd lot 5 1/4 wide hardwood Australian Cypress. I called the store and asked what odd lot they had and there was actually more than what was listed on the website. When I told Frank and Lori (on multiple calls to the store) that I was weary of odd lot, they invited me in to come look at it. The store was busy but they took the time to move everything in the warehouse to get to my boxes to show me the quality of them (beautiful). Satisfied, I ordered all of it, plus some premium stock which was on sale to finish the job. I ended up purchasing too many boxes. The premium wood was already shipped from out of state so I waited for it all to come in before picking any up. No problem, they kept the extra boxes when they came in and told me to see how the install goes. Then, if I still don't need them, they would provide a refund. I didn't even need to call them to ask, Lori called to confirm I didn't need the boxes I left behind and offered me my money back. She also wanted to know how it went and if I needed anything else. Lori and Frank were very patient and helpful and they really went the extra mile. Over a year later I still love my floors, which I got for much cheaper than most places sell it.

What makes it even worse is the poor communication and complete lack of accountability. Instead of providing honest updates or realistic timelines, I was repeatedly given promises that were never kept. At no point did anyone seem to understand or care about the financial impact their failures were having on me. If your project depends on materials arriving when promised, I would look elsewhere. A company that can't honor delivery commitments, communicate honestly, or take responsibility for the costs they cause their customers simply doesn't deserve your business. My project was tile and hardwood in 6 separate spaces. I had a project that was to be completed in 1.5 weeks and due to many factors, it didn't get completed for a few months. The initial men that were at my job site were absolutely terrible- vaping in my home, taking long breaks, showing up late-leaving early, broke a light and I believe stole materials from my job (not confirmed). They were eventually terminated but not before they made my job a nightmare. I had to be very diligent checking on them, asking questions, taking photos and being very assertive about my needs and the damage the workers did to my job including damaging brand-new floor they laid down. Additionally, there had to be high level of communication which was difficult as there were many people to communicate with and the message often was distorted in the end. The second person they hired to complete my tile project was professional but had several personal issues that I believe disrupted the handywork, but the supervisor came in many times to ensure that my difficulties, issues and overall satisfaction was addressed. He wasn't willing to leave my project until I was happy with the work. He was professional. I would also add that I had to be on the phone with the team many times, and although I know they were likely sick of hearing from me- the office staff and workers were always kind, respectful and willing to address any need I had. I would return to their business, with a bit of caution due to those initial workers but I would return.
