Ashley, who conducted the evaluation, was rude, dismissive, unprofessional throughout the process and appeared unsure on how to give many of the test during the evaluation. She also frequently took multiple unexplained breaks during the evaluation which made me worried about her overall health. When I asked reasonable questions about the process, she became defensive and irritated, which only added to my concern about her ability to conduct the evaluation . Overall, the experience was far below expectations and left me questioning the quality and oversight of the practice.

His manner was abrasive and accusatory during the intake interview questioning every parental decision we have ever made and openly criticizing us for not going through a private office instead of the school then turning around and asking us why we hadn't done more with the school for this testing. He overstepped his clinical knowledge and lectured me for not doing more medically when I have a literal team of MDs for my child who agree the Alex's suggestion was unnecessary and could do more harm than good. I would not ever entrust my child to his care again.
