The gentleman I spoke with, was able to schedule me for an appointment the same week and gave me great information on how best to accomplish my goals. The estimate was also very reasonable after doing cost comparisons. Griffin, our installer was an incredible electrician. He was very knowledgeable and worked diligently and quickly to change all of our outdated outlets with ease. Here is a picture of him, adjusting our dining room light fixture to the proper height. They were by far the least expensive of the other companies that quoted the job. JW is a great man and turns out a great electrician! It took about a week to get on the schedule because of them being swamped with work. Very professional and they did a great job. JW sent pictures of the completed work to the city inspector, which made his job a breeze. The DTE electrician was also pleasantly surprised to see that he would not have to terminate any wiring and all he had to do was plug in the meter. The installation was less than a year old and clearly flawed. While they acknowledged the poor workmanship, they refused to honor the franchise warranty. I tried contacting the franchise directly but never received a response. To make matters worse, their quote to fix the issue was nearly double the original cost. Thankfully, after seeking other options, I found Saturn Electric in Rochester. The inspector approved the installation immediately after they made the change. I do not recommend Mr. Electric of Macomb, but I strongly endorse Saturn Electric for anyone.
