Maytar (owner) and Ethan (groomer) was professional, communicative and showed up on time to our home. I was honest with them that we have a very anxious dog, Pogi, who had not been professionally groomed in years. We have an upcoming major lipoma surgery and wanted to make sure he was groomed and clean before then. Ethan was very calm and was able to lead Pogi into the van without issues. He's 10 years old and we thought we could never get him professionally groomed, but look how handsome he is! We definitely will be booking again in the future.

Our groomer, Kevin, was awesome and my dog took to him beautifully! The cleaning station was extremely clean as well. Great communications throughout the appointment process and follow-up. This is such a convenience and unlike other places you take your pet for grooming, she was never placed in a kennel to wait to be taken care of. As soon as she was done, Kevin brought her to me with a smile on her face. I highly recommend this company and their attention to your pet's care.

Yesterday was my first experience with any kind of grooming, I am so glad I went with Sunset grooming. Ethan was absolutely amazing, I was very nervous handing my puppy to a stranger but he made me feel very comfortable. His professionalism and knowledge are exceptional. My puppy looked soooo cute

Huge shout out to Kevin at Sunset Grooming!! This was our first time getting our girl groomed, and they did such an amazing job with her. Our dog Lucy got into a mess and was covered in dirt head to toe. I called for a same day grooming appointment and they responded within 10 minutes of my phone call. Audrey and Zorro had the best spaw day here today! I reached out this morning to the lovely Maytar to see if she had any last-minute availability and as luck would have it, her wonderful groomer Kevin was free at 2pm! Kevin was SO kind and professional and went above and beyond to make sure our pups were well taken care of. He was very diligent in thoroughly cleaning their paws and ears and took excellent care of them. Would definitely recommend. My rescue dog Monty can get anxious and nervous, but he was able to get through the whole groom package with Hanna! (bath, blow dryer, teeth brush, nails etc). She was lovely and he came back smelling great and very fluffy! They even had hypoallergenic shampoo, which was great as my dog may have some allergies we are working on diagnosing. read more

Kevin (groomer) was very friendly, efficient and listened to all my concerns. My dog hopped in the van like there were treats inside but it was just Kevin's good energy. He took his time and sent me photos of the process. He was even able to trim my dogs nails while other groomers can never get a single nail trimmed. Thank you for your time! We brought him back to Mina (after a year of not seeing him). He definitely needed time to adjust again but Mina was extremely patient and gave us lots of great advice. I was a client of Tender Loving Care for over 17 years, then PetRock Hotel and Spa bought the company, keeping some employees. I have purebred show dogs and they have been groomed by the same employee for year's as this person knows the breed and knows how to groom them. No bones to pick with the employee. It was the new OWNER of PetRock Hotel and Spa. Apparently the NEW owner told the "bather boy" to take care of my dog despite that the only employee for 17 years + has groomed my show dogs. THIS was a SERIOUS PROBLEM AS My dog came back butchered! This is a spitz breed that carries a lot of coat and HUGE ruff which was mutilated to almost nothing but 2 inches!! My poor dog looks awful and looks like a starving coyote!! Plus, I have been charged almost double since the new owner took over and also charged me credit card fees in excess of $5 per dog. IF YOU HAVE SHOW DOGS, DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. They don't known how to groom show dogs they are just clipper hacks that charge way to much money to butcher your dog!! NEVER COMING BACK!! Below are photos of what my dog should look like in full coat, and what the dog looked like after I picked up my dog, which is naked. They were accommodating, responsive, and very proactive and handling what became a scheduling nightmare due to an unfortunate last-minute stop at the emergency room for our dog before heading off to boarding. The staff worked tirelessly over the Thanksgiving holiday to make sure that our dog, Rosie, got the care that she needed. The daily Pupdates were always our favorite part of the day, being away from her, and let us see that she was well taken care of. THE BEST GROOMING EXPERIENCE EVER! I am so thrilled to have found such a LOVING and PROFESSIONAL groomer, Maytar. My Persian cat, Sheba, was in desperate need of a bath and haircut, but I was apprehensive about taking her back to Petco when our favorite groomer left. I made several calls to various vets and grooming places looking for a groomer I could TRUST with my sweet cat, Sheba who does not typically like being bathed. I didn't expect to find a referral online, but am so grateful for all of the reviews that led me to Maytar. I was relieved knowing that Sheba was in safe hands with Maytar. Not only that, It was obvious that Sheba felt safe with her (unlike with other groomers). Sheba wasn't scared or frightened- I was AMAZED! It's so convenient that Maytar comes to the house and works her magic from her van, eliminating all the stress of traffic, transport, and parking. We've been using Maytar for years now. I'm probably the MOST picky person in the world. I love my little 6 pound long-haired Persian kitty & tell everyone she's my daughter. She's very skittish and prone to ear infections, but Maytar takes such good care of her and my little girl just loves Maytar to pieces. Maytar puts cotton in her ears when she gets washed. I can always tell when she's happy, because she sticks her tongue out. She does that with Maytar. Maytar listens to your concerns and treats your kids like you would. If you're looking for a good, reliable, compassionate groomer, look no further. Her mobile van is new & spotless inside and out. She's always on time!! My dogs are rescues that were previously abused, and they are inclined to be fearful with unfamiliar people. So it took great effort to find the right groomer. It matters enormously to me that our groomer knows how to comfort, soothe, and connect with them. Maytar cares deeply, and she is gentle and kind. She also manages to make my three mystery mutts look very handsome and distinguished! She and her team are reliable, professional, and accommodating in every way. I have a huge, very heavy-coated Goldendoodle named Levi. Maytar has been his groomer for over 2 years and I would not have anyone else groom him! Maytar and Aspen are loving and gentle and upbeat and even at times when he is more matted than others, they take whatever time it takes to return him in absolutely perfect coat. We hike a canyon road 3 times a week, and he goes to a "play group" twice a week--quite a mess by the time Maytar sees in every-other Friday. When we nervously asked for him to get his summer cut, Maytar made sure it was not a fraction of an inch shorter than we were comfortable with. Totally professionally run and always on time--which is important for a working dog-mom. Doesn't get better than this! read more

Sunset Mobile Grooming did an absolutely amazing job trimming my cats' nails and applying nail caps. My cats are Bengals and they are very high-energy and usually difficult to handle, but they were so calm, happy, and completely unstressed the entire time. It was incredible to see how gentle, patient, and skilled the groomer was with them. Ethan was absolutely amazing -- so kind, professional, and great with my cats. He made the whole experience easy and stress-free. They responded immediately when I called and arrived right on time. The whole experience was smooth, easy, and wonderful. Sunset Groomers are awesome. I've had the best experience with them yet. Firstly, they are reliable. Secondly, they are a pleasure to work with. And lastly, they do an incredible grooming job. I have a red toy poodle and they always clean him thoroughly and make him look so cute. They even put a little feather extensions on his ears! They do a fabulous cut and blow dry on him every time. They are very gentle with him and what's so convenient is that they come right to my house. They let me and my daughters hop into their truck to watch. This was my first time with Sunset Mobile Grooming. Maytar was a pure professional from the moment I requested an appointment. She responded quickly, showed up early, and was able to avoid shaving my shih tzu whose fluffy hair had quite a few mats. I love the style of the haircut and the fact that he's still a little fluffy. I also love that she addressed the glands, ears, teeth, nails, etc. because a lot of the groomers I've used say they do, but when you get your doggie back, you can tell that they did not. Sunset Mobile grooming did an amazing job ! I was looking for someone to groom my dog before he went in for shoulder surgery I called everyone and no one would do it with a sore shoulder ! I was referred to them by a friend and she came 3 days later and groomed him with such care and they were both so gentle with him I am definitely going to continue to use them for my pets! He was not stressed out or did not have anxiety he came in the house right after grooming laid down and took a nap !!! My 7 year old morkie Toby has gotten antsy during grooming as he got older. I gave him CBD oil to calm him down. Ethan gave Toby a bath and cut. Toby looked very pretty / handsome. Ethan was perceptive and shared that Toby was not so much stressed during grooming but rather that he is dominant and does not want to listen or do what they want him to do. This is quite right because Toby is indeed a dominant character. Although on the pricey end, the mobile service is very convenient (right in front of my house). Already booked Toby again. I was at a friends house when sunset mobile grooming arrived to groom her dog (who's I've known since a puppy and I feel like he's mine too) and I was amazed to see such a clean friendly service They were very professional during these COVID times they kept everything clean and wore a mask and kept a distance. Best groomer ever! I heard of this company from my neighbor and had to try them out after seeing the great job they did on her dog. This company is so cool they have a great vibe and very talented. I never saw my dog so calm and relaxed and happy after being groomed. He smells wonderful and looks great! It was very convenient to have them come to my house and be done with in less than an hour. This was my second time having my Cairn terrier groomed by sunset mobile grooming and I have to say, they are the BEST! My dog looks so pretty after her grooming and smells amazing too! They are so kind and always listen to what I'd like them to do. You can tell that Maytar has so much experience and knowledge. I feel safe having my dog under their care while she is being groomed. They also have the cutest bows, bandanas and accessories you can have your dog get after their grooming which is fun. I could not recommend them more highly! read more

I have a close to 12 year old Bloodhound named Ollie, and Maytar and Aspen have been lifesavers for me. They destink Ollie, clean his ears and anal glands and clip his nails as needed. After the grooming, Maytar always gives me a status report which I appreciate. Ollie feels so much better after being groomed that I now have him groomed every few weeks. I also have a wire-haired dachshund and they do a beautiful job on cutting her hair. Having the van come to the house has made my life so much better. No more stress! read more

The best part is she is mobile so it makes less hassle for the dogs that get stressed in car rides. My Cavalier King Charles just adores her.
