I've been bringing my Maltipoo to Dogue Spa since he was a puppy and had his first hair cut. Delaney has done such a great job with him every time! She really helped him adjust well to being on the table and getting a full service cut. When we go to pick him up he always looks sooo cute! I was reading other reviews and because of pure negligence a dog got hit by a car under their care. I don't know how this place still has 4.7 stars, but no one should be taking their dog here. I just moved to the area and needed a new dog groomer. Dogue Spa had availability and looked super cool. They made it easy to book online. I had an early morning appointment and they were open and ready. Parking was available. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly and kind to my dog. We talked about what I wanted and they gave me a time frame to come back and said they would text me. They text me with 20 minutes of advance notice and my dog Maggie was ready on time. She looked adorable! They did a great job. It's a great group of people, they make it easy to book, there is parking and they do a great job with the dogs and are very kind. They also don't put your dog in a crate when they get done. There are separate play areas depending on your dog's size and personality. read more

This is a late review but i felt the need to post. We took our pup there since the 1st cut. I think we went about 4 or 5 times total. I loved the idea of the place, so we drove from far away just to have her done and hung out in town for 3 to 4 hrs until she was done. So was a full day for us. We had complications with booking since the second app, we booked with one stylist but when we showed up it was a different person, not a notice send or anything. But again I loved the idea of the place so we kept coming. My son died unexpectedly and we were not as on top of keeping her coat brushed for. About a month. The first time I could bring my self to go out we brought her to the spa, knowing well that this time we would need to pay for detangling. When we arrived to dropped her off we were received by who I assumed was the owner since we had booked with him (is extra charge because he is the pro, no problem with that) he was very very rude since the start. When we came-back she was cut to the skin, still trying to be very polite and understanding as we had not being in the right mind to brushed her well enough, we expected to have some type of communication about it from the stylist. We got none but pure rudeness. We asked for her and he acted confused as if he didn't know what dog we were talking about. Then he said "the white dog" made a face, left and brought her back with a lot of nasty attitude, did not hand us her stuff or nothing. He barely look at us. I was so fragile that the last thing i wanted to do was complain, so we payed and tip and left deciding we would never be coming back. I can only assume the nasty attitude was because she had parts matted, though to be clear we worked on her coat before bringing her so I'm aware of the spots we left for them to do. I wish people would remember that you are not only providing a grooming service for the pups, but also costumer service for the client (pup owners). And as such, if your client is not rude to you, you should never be. Sometimes owners who ADORE their pups like we adore Sofi can be going through a hard bump in lifewhich prevent them from being the amazing pup parents they want to be. Anyways, in the harsh harsh time we were going through, this place made it so much harder. On the positive side this doggie has literally save our lives after loosing our son. Be kind.... read more
