Once we could swim then houseboats were ok. I have always loved the drive to the lake the warm air with the windows down. The smell of water and fresh rain. The hills and valleys with the boat following behind. I always knew that we were in for an amazing days at the lake. The staff was always so welcoming and helpful we have had some injuries over the years that being 20! That they were able to help with getting to a ER and also watching that boat. There are so many different amenities that it's just the place to be. Sadly we moved to CA way to far to travel with a boat, but we always remember our time at the lake so much that college has sent me back to the east coast. Paulina, Maria, and Tamarah have been no help when we have spoken to them- only excuses and empty promises that lead to no resolution. Buyers beware: They are quick to lie to you to take your money, but they will ignore you and hold you to a contract even when the property itself is defunct.

I have seen where they are newly renovating the cabins and motels, yet they could care less about roaches and mold! You can try to make an appointment with management and voice concerns but when you show up at the agreed time, she is nowhere to be found! And the employees continued to make excuses for the manager and her absence. These people are money hungry and could care less about their long-term customers! Would not recommend to anyone looking for a nice, clean vacation.
