It wasn't the quietest (I could hear cars/traffic noise). But it also wasn't a party hotel. Be sure to take the time to lower the black out curtains and adjust the thermostat screen for better sleep. The suites were very large and updated. There is a little wear and tear. I saw some scuff marks on the walls. But overall it's a clean hotel. Upon check in they give you bottled water. Breakfast starts at 6am and it's complimentary. But if you have to head out earlier they have a couple brown bags breakfast to go! Inside was a bottle of water, a bagel, and an apple. They have free typical breakfast with eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, etc & the breakfast area is large and has a TV in it . Coffee is available in the lobby all day (but there is also a Starbucks on the right side of the hotel now just steps from the side door, and you are also next to a McDonald's and a Dunkin). Staff is friendly. The only issues I've ever had here were with check in as a Hilton Honors member, check-in has not gone smoothly, and my digital key has never worked here. This time I was almost checked in as a different guest and luckily, I knew I already had a hold on my credit card and that got figured out quickly. There is also a pool & gym. Free large parking lot. My husband likes to stay on the first floor for some reason and this was the only first floor room they had available so we lucked out with a really big room. Breakfast was included. And they did have some snacks at the front desk that were complimentary. All in all for the price it was an excellent deal. I was meeting a friend that lived just a couple miles from here so this was super convenient and it's close to several waterfalls and national parks and shopping so I like this area. Vicki and her staff are so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We had a delicious breakfast each morning with coffee and wonderful conversation with other guests. The library was so interesting with the painted shades, historical information, photos and books. We stayed in the Adeline Room which is upstairs. Bed was comfy and a clawfoot tub in the bathroom. Close to everything we wanted to see on the National Park adventure. Quick walk to the Brandywine Falls as well. Great time, loved staying here and definitely would be back!

There was a gigantic stain on my duvet on both mattresses I had to change the entire beds plural many more than two myself. Thankfully, the staff was incredibly friendly and brought me a change for my mattress. The doors to the cabinets keep popping back open. There are stains in the shower. There are stains throughout the room. I am severely disappointed in Marriott. I have to say the fitness center was incredibly clean. The pool looked incredibly clean, but the status of this room is utterly and excuse my language disgusting! The iron had a huge worn stain on it. There is countless crumbs of food in all of the cabinets, including the ones by the bed and in the kitchen area a lot of these things can be remediated by a simple room check by housekeeping staff. I am really ashamed at Marriott. If you decide to stay at this location, sadly I suggest bringing your own cleaning supplies. Luckily, I do this when traveling. There was holes in the walls and the ceiling looked like it had been patched up 100 times and it's just an old dilapidated building that nobody is putting any money into it. You could see in the bathroom on the bathtub where there were burns, probably from cigarettes, even though there is no smoking . There was dirt everywhere and the sheets had holes in them and there were burn holes in the bed cover, again, even though there is no smoking allowed in the rooms. It's a very old building and nobody is putting any care or money or updates into it and it's sad. It looks like a majority of the people that stay there actually stay there permanently or for long times. Which is fine, but they should still upgrade for these people. I only received one bath towel, which was small, one hand towel, and one washcloth as far as the towels go for stocking the room. There is no blow dryer, and there was only one little trashcan for the whole room where in most hotels there are several. I feel bad for knights inn. I don't know how they could associate their good name with this. It's really sad because so many people buy hotels like this for next to nothing as far as chain outfits go and they don't do anything but collect money.

There were people behind me also that were complaining about something as well And they just left but I don't have the funds to do that and they refused to give me a refund. I am going to provide pictures just so you can see the state of this motel. For being quality and it sure doesn't have a good quality. Also I need to mention that I asked maintenance today for more towels, and they were extremely cruel and mean.

I'll admit I didn't check out their website after I was planned and chose to just find out when I arrived. When I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed the layout and the full refrigerator, microwave and range. The living room area was very cozy. I liked that there was a separate TV in that space, so I didn't have to watch TV only in the bedroom. The bed was comfy. The pillows...not so much. Since I was a solo traveler, I was able to use all four and get the fullness I am accustomed to. I enjoyed both the pool and the fitness center and liked that the fitness center was 24 hours. The staff were very nice and I enjoyed the breakfast offerings as well. The hashbrown potatoes and waffles were my favorites. The only thing I didn't like was that the thick curtains were designed not to close all the way. Only the sheer curtains closed all the way. I was on the first floor and definitely knew I had to remedy that. I went to the closet and used a pants hanger to grip both sides and keep them permanently closed when I wanted them closed. All in all, definitely a great relaxing weekend. Just the recharge I needed.
