I recovered and the injury has not come back I'm currently there for a shoulder impingement and the assessment was excellent with Sophia. She knew exactly what I needed, and she will be helping me with strengthening my scapular traps and helping me to relearn my swimming stroke so that I will not injure myself in the future. I was unsure I'd ever be able to surf again. 2 months later, I'm back in the ocean, have almost no pain, and have regained 90% of my mobility. I honestly can't believe it. The out-of-pocket (non-insurance) cost is also less than HALF of the other physical therapists that I looked at or went to in San Diego before Ocean Physical Therapy.
