Upon receiving the windows, there was no indication as to the make of the windows so we managed to obtain a copy of the original invoice from the vendor. The windows were not Pella! The ones installed were close to $1,000 less than the ones we had requested and the ones he was billing us for. Thank goodness, we found out before we paid him. Later I get to wondering who it was that called, so I call the number and say "someone called me from this number and hung up....." Turns out it is Saleiro, who was calling to schedule an appointment with me...so why not leave a message?! (this should have been my first clue of problems.) We make an appointment for the next day at 1:00pm to review the scope of work and a plan for additional work for an extra patio and outdoor kitchen area. I take a late lunch and leave work to meet him at 1pm at my house. By 2:00, no one has shown up. No one has had the courtesy to call me. I call and ask what happened (voice mail), and to call me back. I go back to work. Still no call. Sunday afternoon he leaves a voice-mail that he can come by that night and discuss the work, and can begin work on Monday am. By this point I have decided I want nothing to do with them so do not return the call, as we are out and involved in family plans all of Sunday afternoon and evening. Monday am trucks roll up to my home at 7am. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! You never met with me, missed appointments, didn't return calls, and you show up to do work? No, that is unacceptable. After scheduling, the scheduling manager continued to contact me numerous times, prior to our meeting, to confirm my availability, in which I double checked all the pieces above. Never was I told to allow for a 30minute window, so imagine my frustration when I blocked off an hour for work 2:00-3:00pm, and the guy showed up at 2:30pm, upset with me because I needed to end at 3:00pm. The estimate went quickly. I tried to cover everything we wanted, allowing time for him to take measurements, draw schematics, and have time for follow-up questions, but it felt disconnected and rushed. I was told we would schedule a follow-up Zoom appointment to walk through everything- I scheduled a time period with the scheduling manager, again blocking off work- only to have them call 20mins before the appointment and cancel on us because they weren't ready with information. Then I waited days for them to call back to re-schedule the appointment, but never got contacted. Overall, it wasn't a good relationship. We didn't feel cared for or considered as new clients, so we removed them as a possible vendor.

Next did not come until January 2023. My deck is beautiful; however, there was and is still issues with my fence. I released payment foolishly thinking that this seemingly small issue would be quickly resolved. It has now been more than a month. I sent this email to them today. "On February 4th, I notified that the caps were missing from my gate. I informed the lender of my satisfaction expecting great customer service and that this issue would be satisfied and in a decent timeframe. To date there has been no action taken and my texts are now going unanswered. There is also issues with the lock. If I knew the follow up would be this way, I never would have approved the lender to remit payment without having these issues fixed. I'm providing text correspondences that show the lack of communication and genuine concern with resolving what was a minor issue. I have been getting the run around and now nothing for more than a month".

I brought this to the company's attention, and they agreed to come back the following week to fix the grout. I did not hear from them that week. I followed up and was informed there was an emergency and they would come out the following week. I also asked them to provide the type of grout used so I could attempt to replace. Two weeks later, I still have not heard from them about the grout used or to come and fix the cracked tile.
