The pictures posted online consist of just three of them, and I didn't get a feel for how small the place really was from those photos. The shower was so small it was frustrating to use. I'm not a big guy by any means, tall or wide. We didn't have any issues with the noise from screen doors or similar, likely because of when we were actually there and it was not super busy. It's nice to get a parking space that's pretty much guaranteed for your stay, and there are plenty of nice places to walk in the area. From their pictures, it would appear that their other areas are bigger. Personally, I wouldn't stay in a motel room here again. When we were on our last day and preparing to leave, room service took all of the clean sheets and towels and placed them on the dirty outside chair for over an hour. In my book, it's not acceptable at all. Having the expectation of clean sheets going on a bed without them sitting outside on a dirty chair beforehand seems obvious.

The rooms are very spacious with fireplace and jacuzzi in the master bath. The room we stayed in held 12 people it had a full kitchen, fireplace and laundry machine in room. I have stayed at many different places in door county and this is the best I have ever stayed at. I would definitely recommend this place.

Dogs aren't allowed except guests sneak them in including the pool or the guest will leave their dog outside the gate of pool. Wouldn't stay here again if you paid me to! By the way we booked this stay from July 3-6 and left on the 5th. After the 3rd and fourth being awoke by children and staff not dealing with it. This place needs new reviews…read more I left the accommodations up to my friend for this last trip and I was a little nervous on what laid ahead based on Yelp reviews. I found both comfort and concern when I saw that all of the reviews were pretty old. I arrived with an open mind, this Inn is north... like really north! If you are looking for something closer to Sister Bay keep looking. If you're open to being away from the craziness and looking to relax this is a great location. We stayed in the mate room, and to be honest I would love for them to start telling guests they are going to be on the second floor and that stairs are involved. My friend had a hard time going up and down the stairs and we probably would've picked a different option had we known. Once inside there's not a lot of frills. Two coffee cups and some soap, that's about all you get. I was happy to see the water from my bed, and there are a couple of dining options within walking distance but that's about it up there. The beds were almost too soft, but as far as sleeping goes it did the job. The sauna was broken during our trip and we did not use any of the community spaces the Inn has to offer. Overall it seems a little pricey for what you get, but for the area it's not out of the question. I think for a small price they could really upgrade their experience.

I never received a confirmation email so I called the front desk. They told me my reservation did not exist. The person who answered the phone (said his name was Ali) told me his system was down and proceeded to hang up on me. I immediately called back and received no answer. I waited and called back again, and when I confronted him for hanging up on me, he said he "didn't hear the phone". Terrible and unhelpful service. I spoke with the manager, who was also no help. She kept telling me I booked the reservation through booking.com, which I did not. I continued to reiterate that I booked directly through their website. She did not seem to understand this. She kept telling me that my reservation did not exist and blamed it on booking.com. Overall, they falsely advertised that they had rooms available on their website for the dates I chose. They took my personal information and credit card information, and never reserved my room. They claim it was a "system error". I never received any communication from them that my reservation was not finalized, despite them having my cell phone number and email. They also never responded to any of my email communications. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Very clean spacious area Our room was large, super clean & came w/a fully functional kitchen. We had an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine stocked w/coffee, tea, filters, creamer & sugar. The cabinets had pots & pans & utensils. Normally I don't need a kitchen when on vacation however there wasn't very much open in Baileys Harbor this time of year I really loved the faculty, the location right in the water facing west where we were treated to 2 gorgeous sunsets literally right through the window or just outside the door. The staff was all super friendly & helpful. There was an indoor swimming pool & jacuzzi as well as an outdoor pool (not opened yet)

I cannot say enough positive things about the resort or the staff. The resort was the cleanest I have ever stayed in (and for my career, I stayed in many resorts, hotels, conference centers etc.) We stayed in a one bedroom unit and the kitchen was well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The indoor and outdoor pools were beautiful and they even had bikes that you could check out and ride. The staff were knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful both before and after we arrived. Before we arrived we needed various room changes as family schedules changed. The resort was always helpful and precise with our changes. Unfortunately, I left one item that I wanted for the reunion at home. It was family documents and pictures that were irreplaceable. I had a friend send it UPS. It arrived the day after I checked out. So after I left, the resort staff took it upon themselves to send it back to me. Now when have you had service like that??? They were wonderful and I cannot be more grateful. I will be back! Bev S.
