The work was sloppy. Areas like the rear diffuser and behind the license plate weren't even properly washed, which is unacceptable for a service that's supposed to include clay bar and paint correction. Corners were obviously cut. Basic detailing was ignored--the trunk wasn't opened or cleaned, and the inside of the rear window was left dirty. This is detailing 101. The workmanship feels careless and lacks pride. As someone who knows cars, I can confidently say this was a poor job. If you work hard for your money, don't spend it here.

There has been no need for rework or problems afterwards. I appreciate the SPF protection provided by the quality XPEL tint. While there I asked about tinting a panoramic all glass roof for a different vehicle. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and explained why it should not be done, while other tint shops at that time were willing to do it. Also, please note that window tint laws are not direct. What the states publish are guidelines, since there is also the laws intent to work off of. This means that if it says you can't tint front windows, courts in certain states will allow it if it's a light tint, that one can see through.

I had a prior tint that needed removal due to an issue, and had darker tints installed by them after. They warned me of a few issues as I had a shedding dog that may get a few stray hairs under the tint. However everything was done perfectly!

I had called several other auto shops however Ibrahim, from T-Rexx, was able tell me when to bring the car in and gave me a great price. Plus the shop stays open later than most others.
