I had my headlights upgraded on one of my cars and I couldnt be happier with the service. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Prices are fair and competitive. Had my tints redone here. $40 to remove the old ones and $100 to install the new (front 2 windows). Excellent job and came with a lifetime warranty. Spoke with the owner Mike very friendly straight to the point old school kind of guy. Would definitely go back if I needed some work done. read more

I needed a window redone from an F'd up tint job the day before. These guys not only solved my issue with replacing the tint, but also fixed the electronics on my door, (the previous place drenched my door with water applying the tint, the door locks didnt work.) They are complete professionals. They know customer service and treated me right. I also had them install an ipod kit for my truck, great job. I went to this place to get my brand new 2014 car tinted last May and everything was fin. It was a rainy day. On my way home window started going up and down by them selves. So the window didn't want to go up more than half way. I had to leave my car in a parking lot. The next I go back to show them what happened. The guy told me its because I had the window down and the inside door prob got wet. Im like um no it was raining I had no need to have the window down. he had one of the guys put the window up and told me to take back to the dealer beause its an electronic problem but not to tell them that I had just tinted the windows because then they will blame it on him. That never happened in the 4 weeks that I had the car. read more

My name is Reynaldo, I went to concept 2000 today 02/02/16 to do two things, one was to have my car photo inspected which turned out to be excellent service, and secondly to install HID lights to my ford fusion hybrid 2015. I was taken care of by Mike and explained to me that my car was very difficult to do the installation and that it would take 2 hours to complete at a $300 tag with a 2 year warranty which according to me it was excellent. I asked then to proceed. After almost half an hour, they asked for my keys to put the car inside and I assumed they were going to start doing the work. I went to eat lunch thinking they were working on my car. I came back an hour after and starting walking around the store to see the products they sell for future purchase if the experience would have been a great one. I even offer Mike lunch (sandwich) but unfortunately he had already sent someone to purchase lunch. So I was browsing around when I see my car parked behind the store. I asked one of the employees and confirmed it was my car and that they had not started the work. At this point it was already 2pm and had other responsibilities to attend especially those that involves the family. Mike tried to tell me the work was going to be done by two employees within one hour. I agree to his recommendation trying to give him the opportunity to make up for their mistake. Unfortunately, five minutes after, he came to me telling it was going to take an additional 30 minutes. At this point, they lost my trust and declined to proceed. I told him that he as a business man with the store being there for 20 years, should have known better than to waste my time as my time is gold as is for them specially here in NY. I was actually expecting him to tell me to come another day to do the work at a discount to retain a dissatisfied customer a potential future one. He did say to come another day plus to come early. I had four new rims put in on my car. They broke one of the air valves and didn't say anything. I drove off and the tire warning light came on. Four months after I had them convert my exhaust into a dual exhaust with black exhaust tips. Exhaust shook like crazy and the tips were painted black. Paint came off in two days. I don't trust them, crappy work and I would definitely not recommend them. read more

Very happy with my service from Concept! My godfather got all his work done on and in his new car at Concept and it's a beauty. I came here to tint my new car and Mike and I decided on a certain percentage. His main concern was that he didn't want me to get a ticket if I went too dark. I decided on a percentage and when I drove the car home I was very unhappy with my decision. I went right back to Concept the following morning and Mike took care of me and gave me the color I wanted. Again his main concern was my safety and that was appreciated. I've been coming to this spot for many years now... I first had them do tints and HID's on a 2011 Honda Accord. Then I had them do tints and Headlamp upgrade my 2013 Honda Accord which required them to rewire the headlights, and now I am doing the same thing to my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Each time these guys were professionals and made sure everything was done right the first time. I would recommend this shop to everyone. read more

Stay away from this place! There is a reason someone was upset by their service and shot up their shop one time. I went to install a stereo system and got the worst service I have ever experienced and was overcharged. People heard my system and I was embarrassed when they told me my stereo system sounds like the installers did an extremely sorry job. Here's specifically what happened. 1. They totally wired my system improperly it was like a 5th grader installed my system. 2. They did not know how to level the sound properly on my amplifier which caused too much power to flow into my smaller speakers which then caused my crossover to melt. 3. The manager, Mike, (which by the way lied to me several times regarding my equipment), instead of taking responsibility, blames me for it and insults me. 4. Mike, blames my system malfunction and said, "your amp is too powerful for your speakers". Which is grossly false because all the specs matched accordingly. 5. I went to another, real professional installer and he said not only did they wire it improperly, they over charged you and you should request they refund you or fix it. 6. When I went to request that my system be fixed properly, Mike, insulted me and once again blamed it on me saying that I did something to mess my system up and that would'nt have happened if I purchased the equipment from him. 7. Finally, I went to a professional technician who not only fixed their grossly botched job , he charged me a great price and wired ( the very same equipment, which was allegedly damaged) and it sounds like it was supposed to sound from the beginning. I drove by this place on a Friday and I decided to stop in and see what I could do to build on my Jeep Wrangler. From the moment I walked in I never felt pressured nor did any of the employees make me feel like I was unknowledgeable about where I wanted to go with the jeep. Instead everyone there gave me ideas and they even took me in the back to get ideas. Where I am not getting jobs done today, I am making a plan to have thiings done in cycles. So far. The one and only time I went to this place was in 2013, more or less, when I needed a new key fob for my car alarm. As soon as I showed the key fob to the old man behind the counter he immediately dismissed me as not being worthy of helping. He just said, "That's old! It was old when you bought the car!" I thought, "Here we go. He's going to try to sell me a whole new alarm system." No, he did not even do that! He basically said "Forget it" and told me get lost. Apparently, I wasn't even worth ripping off! His employees were just as rude and disrespectful as he was. I tell everybody I know not to go to Concept 2000. They truly are THE WORST! read more
